My Twitter notifications are enabled, but it doesn't show on my notification bar. My apps notifications are enabled in my phone. But it is still not showing on my notification bar. How can I fix this?

Can users still view your Twitter DMs after deactivation?
I don't think so. DMs (Direct Messages) seem to exist as a single copy across two 'mailboxes' so if either the sender or recipient deletes one, it's gone for both parties. If one party deletes their account then all their public messages no longer exist and I'd have to assume their DMs disappear too. Also, in most cases, it's only possible to send DMs where both parties mutually follow (it is possible to switch on a setting to allow anyone to DM you though) and so if one person kills their own account the link between the two accounts would probably be broken. I've no direct experience of this however.After an account has been deactivated it can be reactivated - I also don't know if the DMs (and public tweets) will reappear.
On Twitter I Can't tweet or send a DM? HELP!?
I log into twitter to respond to a few tweets. I try to send a DM. It says something about suspicious activity. I try to tweet and it won't let me. I check my Twitter data. The only IP address in my account is me. I have not gotten any notifications from Twitter at all. Not a thing. My account doesn't come up as locked. any input?
Can people see when I screenshot their picture on twitter?
My friend was on my twitter, because she doesn't have one, and she was looking at this guy that's older than us that she has a HUGE crush on. So he puts a lot of pictures on twitter, and I looked through my camera roll later to see that she screenshot pictures of his twitter pictures and sent them to herself from my phone. I know that on SnapChat, people know when you screenshot their pictures. I would like to know if twitter notifies him my friend screenshot this pictures, because I don't want to look like a creeper lol. Thanks!
