Dont Know When To Apply

I want to go to Hooters to apply, but I don't know what to wear.?

Wear a skirt, to show off your legs.

Wear a nice blouse that will accentuate your cleavage, but not show too much. **You want to look sexy, but not like a slut. Besides, I hear most girls that work there have NO boobs. LOL!

Wear your hair up, not too formal. This way, they can see everything you've got.

Don't wear too much makeup.

Wear peep-toe shoes, NOT sandals, NOT flats. Just something to show your toes/ankles a bit to show off a nice pedicure.

Get a manicure.

Don't wear a lot of perfume, just a light body spray or lightly scented lotion.

Should I apply for SSC Steno when I don't know short hand?

Yes.You must apply even if you don’t know shorthand.I applied last year in July for SSC steno, I didn’t know the basics at that time but after tier-1 exam, I checked my result and it was very productive. So I decided to learn shorthand after December, when I got only 3 months to study shorthand.I studied very hard and fortunately I learnt it within 3 months. But skill got canceled and I have more time to practice now.You must have to apply for even if you don’t know shorthand.

Should I apply for an Rotc scholarship of I don't know what I want to study?

If you don't ask the answer is automatically, “No”. However, as has already been stated, ROTC scholarships are awarded and contracted by major area of study. While it is possible to change majors while under contract, it is “according to the needs of the Army”…a phrase that you will come to understand and appreciate before too long. It is easier to change a major from mechanical engineering to chemical engineering than it is to change from chemical engineering to English, for an example. What you might want to do, if you are really undecided about your major, is wait until you get on campus and then apply for a three or two year scholarship while on campus.

I don't know how to use or apply foundation, or any face make up at all. Help?

Well, you are supposed to first of all select a foundation that works for you such as do you want powder or liquid is your face normal, greasy or dry? Then what color matches your skin type. Most people match their skin type, but my preference is to go a little darker than my natural color. Some people apply only to the areas that might need it such as a blemish or something. I prefer to cover my whole face as well as my neck area, since I use a color that is darker than my own, it is necessary to do so, just if you choose this option be careful not to get any on you clothing. Also, some people use both liquid and powder. As far as brands go, My favorite was tru-blend which works great but I just recently decided to try Hard Candy <3 Sheer Energy and it works really really well, a small amount goes a long way, it is very light, as in not thick and obvious and it even has a decent smell which is something to say for foundation. I also have Hard candy mascara and it works amazingly!

Use your daily moisturiser, depending on your skin type.3- Prime your skin.  You will need a makeup base or as its usually called in the makeup world, a " Primer" This step is necessary if you want the makeup to stay longer on your skin, it prevents the skin from absorbing the makeup. 4- Foundation: There are many types, some are very light and provide, light-medium coverage to your skin, and are good for daily use. Other types are heavier on the skin and provide full coverage, They're good for specail occasions and parties. Some foundations are creamier than others.  It all depends on your skin. Try different brands to decide which one suits you best.  You will also need some tools to apply the foundation on your skin.  A brush and a foundation sponge.5-Consealer:  it is used for the under eye area. It helps hide any signs of tiredness as it shows mostly in the eye.  6- Loose or pressed powder.  Apply that on top of the consealer to prevent it from breaking.  You can also apply it all over the face for a matt finished look. It also helps keeping your makeup in place for longer. I'm trying to apply for benefits online and I don't know if I'm Hispanic or Latino, can you help me understand those terms?

Hispanics or Latinos are people that come from either Central or South America, right? Does it have anything to do with the color of skin? The Spanish/Latins took over the indigenous people when they invaded the Americas, so I'm thinking a Hispanic or Latino would be white or did none whites also come from the East? Is it not about skin color?
