Why do people hate Liverpool FC?
Not so much 'hate' per se, but due to Liverpool's domestic dominance of the game in the 1970s and 1980s (similar to Manchester United in the 1990s and 2000s), people can think that there is a sense of 'entitlement,' that history means you should automatically win the Premier League and be Kings of Europe. On addition, many people think that indulging in past glories is the reason why (with the exception of 2005) why Liverpool have under performed from 1992 onwards, as this indulgence had the effect of coming across as a superiority complex whilst underestimating their opponents which has partly created their misfortune. That is partly why due to resting on their laurels and taking things for granted, the blue side of Merseyside has been more successful in recent years. Being nasty to Manchester United fans (although the chants also go both ways) is not necessary either as it should be more of a friendly rivalry, being two large competing and greatest fellow Northern industrial cities. Your real rivals are the London clubs. Finally, when results don't go their way on the pitch, some Liverpool fans can have the tendency of blaming everyone but cooly looking introspectively at themselves and Possil conceding that their performance was simply 'not good enough.' Everton fans may also feel that if it was not due to that unfortunate and unnecessary Heysal incident in May 1985, they may have had a chance of winninf in Europe from 1986-1990 when all English clubs were banned. Liverpool is still a great international club, but like its arch rival recently, it is no longer the force it on e was and trading off last roots as not the way forward. Many people could argue that the former first division and European Cup was marginally easier to win than the present day Premier League and UEFA Champions League. Modernisation is the key to success today as English and European football in 2014 is very different to back in 1984.
Do British people like Americans?
How can you make fun of the British language, it doesn't exist? And you're speaking English? LOL, weirdo. There are some who do, because they watch too much telly and think all Americans are fat, lazy rednecks who are retarded for not having free healthcare. And vice versa; some Americans believe everything they see on their TVs and think British people speak posh, drink dea and eat crumpets and have ugly yellow teeth. I also come across the ocassional 'you wouldn't have existed without us' and 'we saved yo asses in ww2 or you would be speaking german'. Lol btw, if you're coming to the ENGLISH FOOTBALL section say football, it makes us feel like you're abusing our language. It's FOOTball and will never be soccer. Lol don't say Americans don't hate the British, you get the few odd ones. Sometimes, people get annoyed Americans don't know that the UK isn't really a country and they can't name a city apart from London. And most British people have no idea wtf DC stands for in Washington. I think that answers your question.
Why do Rangers fans claim to hate the English?
Confused just about sums them up. If they are so behind everything 'British' then why do so many hate the Scottish National team yet support England or N. Ireland? Isn't Scotland part of Britain? Confused indeed
Why do Mormons get so much hate?
You really need to learn the difference between hate and criticism. It is absurd that we have got to the pitch in Western society where to criticise any group is to be accused of having a phobic hate of that group. On this site there is a lot of criticism of the Mormon religion because any religion that insists God raised it up in the 1800s to restore an apostate Christianity is viewed as suffering from spiritual superiority. The Mormons do this, as well as the Jehovah's Witnesses, and you must have noticed that the JWs have to take as much flak as do the Mormons! This has got nothing to do with disliking the people. As you correctly point out, Mormons are largely lovely people; honest, hard-working, family centred, moral etc. Exactly the same can be said of the JWs. We know that neither the Mormons nor the JWs go around "damning people to hell" because of their anti-hell doctrines, for a start! JWs say there is only soul annihilation for the wicked - no hell at all. Mormons say there is the lowest level of the kingdom but they hardly care because they are so busy trying to work their way up to the third, and highest level of the kingdom. Any ridicule levelled at Mormons can be attributed to the ridiculous things Joseph Smith and his followers claimed. Practices like having to wear sacred underwear for the rest of your life once you have gone through the Temple endowment ceremony, for example. Baptizing (by proxy) for the dead is another. Mormons need to realize that some of their claims and practices are nothing short of bizzare to everyone else. Golden plates in ancient Egyptian, Elohim living near a planet called Kolob, spirit babies born to him and his celestial wife, and then requiring humans on earth to procreate so that those spirit children could become human in order to progress their own god-hood... Need I go on? Yet Mormons claim to be Christians? If you are an atheist you won't realize the significance of that to theists. But clearly you have no idea of what Mormons believe, because it is their belief-system that is criticized, not Mormons as individuals.

First they claim all refs are biased in their favor. But then they want SAF to be reprimanded because he keeps arguing with referees for not giving him the calls he wants. If he always argues with refs as you united haters claim, then obviously the refs aren't always biased in United's favor. Your logic just isn't there. You can't have your cake and eat it too and claim both arguments to be true as one contradicts the other. Though I suppose you united haters would also love to drive on both sides of the road at the same time as well.
