Does your purse have to match your outfit?
dark and/or strong colors are good with black purses. the biggest rule of today's fashion could be 'improvisation'. depending on the tone and shape of the shoes, it could be tacky, but it could look good also. If the purse is black, you can use the brown belt, but another colored shoe. if its a formal event, then go with a black outfit, but if its less formal, try out something bright, like a white blazer. but most of all, its up to how you feel. and if you feel strange dont use it, but if YOU think it looks good, then who cares about the rest?

I'm not a hiking girl, but my date convinced me to try! He said dress waterproof. since it's supposed to rain this weekend. Now it's supposed to a high of 60F, and my only waterproof coat is my ski coat, and my only waterproof pants are my ski pants will I look ok?

you should had tried it nd then asked but anyways you could use a different shirt or a T-shirt perhaps.since you asked is it OK or not .. so it is OK not GOOD though.
