Download the latest touchpad/pointer driver from http://supportapj.dell.com/support/downl... open mouse properties from control panel or from system tray, go to Device Settings tab > click Settings. under virtual scrolling you can enable or disable scrolling i'm not sure DELL have the same settings or not, but i'm sure your laptop support scrolling, just need to enabled it

Dell Inspiron 7347?
When I installed Windows 10 tech preview it booted up normally but where I usually am supposed to type in the password to access my account, there was a blue screen with the wifi symbol and power and ease of access buttons. Other than that the screen was completely blue. I didn t back up my device and couldn t find any recovery disks on the Dell site. Is there anywhere I can get a recovery disk for my Dell Inspiron 7347 Windows 8.1 touch!?! Help?!?!!??!!
