This is a vector problem.. a simple right triangle. Draw the start point ( a dot) on your paper. Draw a dot at the ending point, 19 east and 53 south. It doesn't have to be to scale. Draw a line between the two points. Now draw a line straight south, and straight east to complete the triangle. Label them with their distances. Right? So now you see it's a right triangle. Consult Pythagoras: A squared plus B squared equals C squared, where C is the hypotenuse, or the distance traveled. Sqrt(19^2 + 53^2) = 56.3
How do I draw something to scale / particular size on Microsoft Word?
Open Drawing Toolbar • Right click the gray area at the top of the screen • Click "Drawing" e.g. You decide on a symmetrical object [Text Box, Frame, Triangle, Circle, etc.] • Click the Macro, "+" will appear along with the "Drawing Canvas" • If you don't locate the shape on the Toolbar, click "Auto Shapes – Basic Shapes" • "Drawing Canvas" will open • Click the "Text Wrapping" option to position within the document • Press the "Shift Key" & drag the object. This works well to form or resize a straight line. If the "Ctrl Key" is used instead of the "Shift Key" to resize, it will shorten the object on both sides. • Select the drawing then right click • Format Auto Shape • Size • Height - enter value, then click on the Width. This girl wants me to draw a picture for her?
She probably asked to see how much of of friend you are to her, and if theres a possibilty of going further, and with that comes would you be willing to embarrass yourself for a 'friend', just to show you care. ( she likes you) How many times have you gotten a gift from someone when on a normal day would seem crappy but because you know it came from the heart you love anyways. This is the case its the thought that counts, you'll figure out what to draw. GOOD LUCK
How do I draw something facing a different direction? Everything faces forward?
Note: a user suggested checking out Mark Crilley's manga tuts. Please consider not doing it. I mean, he's not very good at manga and you might take some bad habits by watching him. If you ever feel like drawing manga, there are PLENTY of awesome artists better than him on that field, believe me. Now, about you problem: I'd recommend thinking of volume, drawing the koala by using simple circles and not thinking about his eyes at all, just the form. When you are SURE about the whole body, place his eyes looking at the pic constantly. Avoid like the plague changing the basic form you have set. Is it possible to learn drawing if you don’t have any drawing skills?
Yes, but don’t expect to get from point A to point B easily. Learning to become better at drawing can take years. Since you say “professional” artists say that you have no talent I can tell you right now: You were not talking to professional artists. A true professional artist would not tell you that, they would maybe say your art is bad and tell you how to improve it but if they're just saying “You have no talent.” then you shouldn't take their advice, theyre terrible artists for not giving proper critique. Even the most unskilled of artists know that anyone can draw. As long as you have hands (or feet or whatever you can draw and write with) and are capable of learning, congratulations! Youre already on your way. You just need to put effort into learning the basics of art and how to use those skills in your art. Seek critique, watch videos, study life, and most important of all, have fun!TL;DRIf you are physically and mentally capable of drawing and learning, you can learn to draw.
