Dream My House Was Filled With Pot Heads Smoking On Me

What does smoking weed feel like?

I smoke pot once in a while but stopped. You will feel a "buzzing" feeling in the head. You will feel like if you're up high in the air so that's why this feeling is called "high". You will feel like you don't want to do anything but sit and stare... you're too busy feeing really good being high :) It's a whole different kind of feeling you never experienced. If you're a girl, it's almost like having a light orgasm constantly.
Stoned people tend to react slowly and talk about pointless stuff because their mind is full of buzzing sensations. If they smoke too much in short time they will not remember what's going on, like if they're drunk and blacked out.

One thing that's VERY interesting about while being high is about speed of TIME. I looked at time before smoking bong and I was doing lot of things at party, blah blah, for looooong time nd it felt like 4 hours. Then I looked at the clock again... it is only 10 minutes! Other time I smoked and looked at clock. I was SO stoned and it felt like only a few minutes. It was 3 hours instead of few minutes! It was very weird and impossible but well it is what pot does to your brain. And yes I devour the whole fridge the day after and the food taste like HEAVEN! Pot makes food tastes better!

Romance (love): Am I wrong for trying to get my husband to stop smoking weed? Is that me trying to change him?

It depends. How do you feel about alcohol? Honestly and openly? Do you believe it's alright and even normal for someone to have a beer after work and unload their mind and zone out on the television? You probably aren't alone in this way of thinking. I for one much prefer smoking a bowl and curling up on the couch with a book or watching a documentary and writing on quora to help people with their problems. But that's just me. For me, marijuana makes life more interesting and has a time and a place to be used. A lot of people abuse the substance and use it to numb their feelings and are unable to function without it. They lack self control and are sad people. There are us few happy enough people who need a little extra help to unlock creativity and interest after a long druling day of work filled with stupid questions and people you're tired of being around. It helps "me time" become about me or whomever I'm with. And I'll tell you what....if you haven't tried a grilled banana peanut butter nutella sandwhich then you definitely should. and send me a picture. But seriously, if you just set some boundaries and guidelines and encourage him to do it for the right reasons then i don't see a problem. It works for me and my super religious never had a drop of alcohol or any substances ever boyfriend and he trusts me with it because I am. I don't hide my activity or let it interfere with my life. I don't let it control my actions except for the bettermet of myself and our relationship. The key is communication. See if you can find a compromise.

Why do I feel dumber after I’ve stopped smoking weed?

Depending on your personality and brain chemistry, it could be that weed legitimately balances you out.I have pretty extreme ADHD.I like to think of my mind as a spherical fish tank filled with bouncy balls moving at extreme speeds. The fish tank is my brain, the bouncy balls are my thoughts. When I smoke weed. The fish tank gets larger, the balls become larger, and slower. This allows me to focus more on what I need to do, helps me understand complex concepts, and slows my mind down enough that I’m not bouncing around from subject to subject in my everyday conversations. There’s a lot of negative information on marijuana on the internet.Just keep in mind the laws created to make marijuana illegal in the U.S. were created for these reasons.Hemp was threatening the paper industry as a cheaper alternative to paper.People who own paper manufacturing facilities ALSO owned newspapersTo compete with hemp, they spread propaganda about how “weed will make your wife sleep with a black man”. This was literally a headline in one of the newspapers owned by anti-hemp advocates. The majority of the negative information we’ve been fed from a young age was based on propaganda circulating long before we were born. This is an actual advertisement that was placed in major publications.Ya feel me?As Americans, we often forget that nations we’ve fought against arent the only nations that use propaganda to manipulate their citizens. We’ve been manipulated more than many countries, the US is just much better at it than most. This is the same government that distributed PHARMACEUTICAL COCAINE and marketed it as a “miracle drug”— until the people exporting it to US soil started making more money than the people manufacturing it locally. So, if you feel you’re more productive a joint or two deep, smoke on my brother.

What were some common slang terms that were used in the 70's and 80's?

Why is marijuana hated so much even though it hasn't killed anybody?

PARADOX

pot smokers don't have jobs or commitments, they just sit on the internet and complain about the legality (or rather, the lack thereof) of their favorite narcotic as they dream they had some of their own.

I'm looking for a small liberal/hippie college?

I've heard wonderful things about Oberlin, and I visited Northland when I was looking at colleges! Northland is very nice, though I wound up choosing another liberal arts college, thankfully for me. They are very science-based, I found, and I wound up in the humanities. If the college is much the same, I would be aware of that, as if you're inclined to major in classics, philosophy, English, etc., it may not have the faculty power! It's very nice and small, but it is out in the woods! As I recall, it wasn't close to another larger city.

I went to Gustavus Adolphus College, which is very service-oriented like you mentioned and has active student organizations like the Gustavus Greens, Habitat for Humanity, College Democrats and Republicans, the Womyn's Awareness Center, and Queers and Allies. If you have an interest in it, there's probably an organization for it! I was a member of Alpha Phi Omega, the national service "fraternity" (note that it's not really a frat/sorority, as it's a group of people just doing good as opposed to rushing, having brothers or sisters, house parties, etc.) which is co-ed and open to anyone. According to a Rolling Stone (I think; some music industry bigwig) college guide, Gustavus is in the top with its music scenes; it's a ten-minute drive to Mankato for more shopping and a university, it's an hour from the Twin Cities, and it gets large acts like Jason Mraz, Ben Folds, and Plain White T's. In addition, I got great funding even though I was a late applicant!

There are many liberal arts colleges in Minnesota, and it sounds like you're perhaps leaning towards the Midwest in your search, and overall it's a liberal state. If you're interested further south, Austin College in Sherman, Texas was on my list, as was William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri. I also visited the Minnesotan Carlton College and St. Olaf College. All of these were excellent, but Gustavus was right for me.

Is the "pipeweed" so adored by Gandalf and hobbits essentially marijuana?

This is a complicated question that has a multi-faceted answer. In J.R.R. Tolkien’s novels, the Hobbits are said to smoke “pipe-weed or leaf” that is “probably a variety of Nicotiana”. Nicotiana is the genus of the tobacco plant. From there, we can most likely assume that Gandalf smokes a tobacco pipe in the Tolkien novels. In the Peter Jackson movies, there’s no reference to it being tobacco, while there is a line added (not present in the books) stated by Saruman to Gandalf about “pipe-weed clouding your mind”. This could be a reference to marijuana smoking taking place by Peter Jackson without destroying the reputation of pipe-weed to the fans who preferred it to be tobacco.Remember, the books were written in the 1950’s by an Englishman - tobacco and alcohol were rampant, everyone smoked and everyone drank, yet cannabis smokers were mostly limited to minority groups at that time. When Peter Jackson retold the stories, it was the early 2000’s. Tobacco has seen a major decline in use, and with good reason. Science shows that tobacco is bad for you. Cannabis on the other hand has seen a major increase in use. It is proven to not be bad for you, or at least not nearly as destructive as tobacco smoking. Hell, cannabis is legal now in a few states. A huge percentage of people have at least experimented with cannabis, and many have used for a long time and given it up, or even continued to use. It’s not unlikely that Peter Jackson has had at least a few run-ins with the sticky-icky, and him adding the mind-cloudy line may be a nod to either former use, current use, or just all the stoners who love the trilogy. Now, for your enjoyment, here are some pictures of Gandalf smoking the dank.Hahahaha bro everything you say is the funniest thing I’ve ever heardWait. Wait one second. You’re telling me that we can get a pizza for… five bucks?! Dude, instead of another bag of weed why don’t we just get, like, four pizzas, man?Look Bilbo, it looks just like your mother’s hoo-hah last night after I got through with it!
