Drinking Should I Do It Or Not Long Story Must Read Before Answer

I am drinking and driving a lot. What are some things I can do to stop myself? I have never been caught.

I thought I was unstoppable as well. What's one more time driving home a little over the limit? I've done it before. My friends drive much more drunk that I do all the time, and they never get caught. And I was the type that barely ever went out and drank, but I'll admit the night I got caught wasn't the first time I was over the legal limit. That landed me in jail for a night, with $10k lost, hours wasted in alcohol classes, embarrassment, depression, and weekends stuck doing volunteer work on the side of the road in an orange vest. You might not be afraid of death or ending up paralyzed, but you should care about other people. I've now realized that I put many other's lives at risk. When you drink, you are more likely to drive into other cars or people who happen to be walking across the street or on the sidewalk. Don't drink and drive because you don't want to be a murderer. If you think you'll never get caught, think again. In the alcohol class I had to take, I met many others who were arrested at various times and ways. Yes, there was the guy who flipped his car over and woke up handcuffed to a hospital bed. But the majority were caught when they least expected it. Some were pulled over on the side of the road, deciding they were too drunk to drive. Others had a tire blow out. I was arrested after a woman called 911 on me while I was walking to my car (my actual driving did not draw attention and I probably would have got home that night without being arrested had she not called the cops on me, but who knows.)You may have the money to fight it, but do you really want to lose $10,000? Maybe you are that wealthy. Do you really want to be required to go to "volunteer work" for 8 hours straight on the weekends, Saturday and Sunday, and be forced to feel imprisoned and lose all of your freedom? And do you really want the answer one day to be "because you killed a person?"Get a taxi. If you have the money to spend $10,000 whenever you happen to get caught, get a limo when you go out to drink. It's cheaper and more stylish anyway.

How old do you have to be to buy monster energy drink?

I need some help - suggestions - long q, sorry, I just don't know what else to do...?

Until recently I thought I was somewhat sad, but I think now, I can say that I am most likely clinically depressed. I need to learn how to think positively. I've been to a shrink, thinking that I'm an alcoholic - I drink every other day, but it's a lot, and he said I'm not yet... He send me to a psych who is dumber than me and is just interested in making her dough.... I don't have insurance, so I can't go see her anymore. I don't want to anyway. She can't help me; I can tell. She has no clue what it means to be half here, in the US, and half in the country I was born in. And she just doesn't get me. Anyway, my regular doc, who's pretty smart, said a long time ago that he thinks I'm anxious and possibly depressed. His nurse, who's equally smart has prescribed me all kinds of things, one by one, to try see what works. Welbutrin, Zoloft, and some other I can't remember. All of them give me bad dreams; I wake up sweating at night and feeling like I'm gonna die. My shrink...

Any serious runners out there who have used Redline energy drink prior to a run?

Caffeine will definitely raise your Heart Rate. You must be pretty young if you're looking to elevate it over 200. I honestly can't even imagine getting my Heart Rate that high.

Anyway, Caffeine is just going to get your HR higher, faster. It doesn't necessarily mean that you're going to run faster. The only real benefit that I've ever had from Caffeine is that it makes my body less resistant to pain. It's never really made me go any faster.

I personally would skip it. But, if you want you could "experiment" with it. I would consume just a small amount at first and run SLOWLY. You can take more/less, and workout at a higher intensity once you're more familiar with the effects of the Redline drink. But, when trying something new, you definitely want to keep it safe.

How much champagne must one drink to get drunk?

This can depend - sometimes the bubbles can affect people quite a lot sooner than they might expect (as I found out once at a work do!) Even some hardy drinkers can get wasted from just a few splashes of the bubbly!

I'd believe it if I read that someone was off their face after chugging a bottle (especially if not eaten anything beforehand). And I'd forgive the fairer sex for being a bit merry after just 3 flutes too.
