There is no such thing as a universal audio driver, there are different drivers for each audio chipset.For instance, when you install a new video card, you do not then go out and find the “best driver” for it, you go to the manufacturers website and download the latest version of the ONLY driver for it. There is only one. Any other driver will not work because it's a driver for a different video card.
