Dropping After An Year At Nit Jaipur And Joining Another Nit Next Year

Should I take partial drop (NIT + coaching) for the next year JEE by taking textile or metallurgy department in NIT Jalandhar? Or should I join Thapar Electronics?

NONE I GUESS OR it depends on you if you can manage both or also it would be a waste of money or time or year or something is better than thing .I insist you to only drop , moreover from the next year ' You will have Jee exams and NEET twice in a year ' , boon in disguise :)You can give a shot twice in a year by actually not dropping but as in for this year you can give a drop and fully concentrate on the jee syllabus .Probabilities forecasted are -Not dropping a year and studying in an NIT and preparing for JEE along with it and not cracking it ¿Studying in an NIT and preparing for JEE along and cracking it .Both the probabilities listed above will obviously waste money and not waste money if in case you want to continue studying in the NIT .Second Probabilities forecasted are -Fully dropping a year and fully concentrating only on JEE 2019 and not cracking it .But but you have the luck of giving the same exam twice . So why not ? Give a shot .2. Lastly dropping a year , fully concentrating in your goals of cracking the JEE exams and cracking it .Give it a shot . The choice is on you .And only coaching won't help in cracking the exam because self studies equates more . I doubt partially dropping would eat up your time .:-)

Should I join mechanical at NIT Jalandhar or drop for CSE if I am interested in maths?

Math is included in both streams , in cse ull do combination , permutations whereas in mechanical - analytical aspects of math , further the streams not only contains math but a lots of other subjects also , so selection depends on ur interest in those subjectsU can scroll on google for subjects of bothFurther it requires a lots of guts and hard work for dropping and preparing for jee , mechanical is a good branch of nitj and u can persuade it moreover u can go for internal sliding to another branch ( after ur 1st year )if u want , by getting highest marks in branch u have selected !!All d best

Shall I take a drop and prepare for the JEE to take NIT Jaipur or should I join Rungta College of Engineering which I got through the CGPET this year?

It depends.. Aim: What do you aim for TOP IIT's BITS, TOP NIT'S.. If your aim for anything else than these institutes then believe me dropping a year would be a waste of your time. Social Life: can  you sacrifice all your social life; facebook, quora, twitter, instagram? Dedication: can you diligently work hard for one full year and your eyes fixed on your goal.If you think that you can handle the mental pressure and work hard despite of the conditions you are put in then you should drop a year. But if your highest aim is NIT Raipur itslef then as i said dropping a year would waste your time. Best of luck.

If I drop out a year, join a good coaching for JEE-Mains and study hard, will it be enough for getting CSE in a good NIT?

Yess u can

Should I join NIT Allahabad, DTU Delhi, or drop a 1 year and try for IIT?

Hi,First of all congratulations for making it into NIT Allahabad and DTU. Coming to your question whether to join any of the above institutes or taking a drop for IIT next year, I would like to suggest you to not take a drop for just an IIT tag. Because you’re getting something Big!DTU and NIT Allahabad are one of the best and premier engineering colleges in India. Why to waste an year then? There is no surety of next year. Maybe you get an IIT or maybe you won't even get DTU/ NIT Allahabad. An year drop is a bad thing on your resume and it can cost you in future. Why to waste 1 year for just an IIT tag with no surety. Moreover, placements in DTU/ NIT Allahabad are very good and some students are placed even at higher packages than IITians. My suggestion would be not to take a drop and go for DTU/ NIT Allahabad with preference given to DTU first. All the Best!Cheeerrrrssssss!

Should I choose CSE in NIT Jalandhar or any other branch (except CSE) at MNIT Jaipur?

Thanks for the A2ANIT Jalandhar is superior to MNIT and CSE at NITJal. is superior to all branches at MNIT.I’m not being biased, but my rationale of saying so is looking at the performance of students of these respected colleges post B.Tech.I have worked for Bosch and Samsung, two very large conglomerates who extensively hire from NITs. Apart from this I’m also studying at IIM and have interacted with students of multiple IIMs in inter-IIM meets. In short, I have seen where the NIT crowd goes and does. I have not found evidence to conclude MNIT above NITJ. Hence, I propose you should go with NITJ CSE.Drop CSE only if u strongly ‘hate’ CSE. Otherwise pls dont drop. You have no logical reason.PS - No offence to MNIT people. I know u guys r just awesome. I had to write my analysis in an unbiased way and I don’t rule out the possibility that I might even be wrong. But, what I’ve written is to the best of my understanding. No offence to MNIT.

Can I take admission into MTech in NIT and prepare again for GATE to get into IIT or to get into psu?

Yes ,I have exactly done what you are asking for. In GATE 2013, I got AIR 595. This rank was not enough to get into IIT. So i joned Delhi college of Engineering in 2013. During my MTech only, I prepared for GATE 2014 and get AIR 284. By using GATE 2014 I got admission into IIT Roorkee.  I have attended IITR for 2 months than I got selected in a PSU. So I left IITR and joined PSU. So basically I have joined Mtech in 2 college but could not completed from either one. As you have asked that should you mention in your interview that you have completed your Mtech, I must say that you should mention all your qualification in a interview. Though PSU needs graduation only but you never know which qualification can give you edge over other candidates.
