Drose Or Westbrook Who Would You Rather Have

Stephen Curry or Russell Westbrook?

-.Russell Westbrook = he's a better and more complete player, but has proved somewhat inconsistent during the series against the Mavs.

-.Stephen Curry = is one of the best shooters in the league and, somehow, been able to maintain the same level during his young career. I don't know if he can become a franchise player, but he's a very good player.

In the end, Stephen Curry is my answer.

Woul you trade Harden & Westbrook of OKC for Derrick Rose?

Hell no. Westbrook is a poor mans Derrick Rose, with the potential to be a better overall player.

Why is Russel Westbrook so fugly?

He reminds me of a gargoyle lol

John wall or russell westbrook?

Westbrook, hard to stop that dude

What normal job do you think Russell Westbrook would be especially good at?

Emergency medical technician. He’s strong, agile and makes excellent decisions in the midst of extreme time pressure.Army Ranger. Same factors.Physical therapist. Total guess here, on the notion that his own experiences in knee-surgery rehab might help him be effective with other patients.Helicopter pilot. If you can play in the NBA, you’re mighty good at evaluating a rapidly changing 3-D environment.Head of menu strategy for In ’N’ Out Burger. They do a lot of business already with double-doubles. Westbrook would figure out a way to get triple-doubles onto the menu.

Would Russell Westbrook be the best player of all time if he had Steph Curry's 3pt shot?

Yes, but also no. The same question of “would Steph Curry be the best player of all time if he had Russell Westbrook’s athleticism?” could be asked as well.Would Russell Westbrook be the most terrifying player to guard in the history of the NBA if he could shoot like Curry? Absolutely. However I’m weary to say he’d be the best player of all time because in deciding so, we analyze a player’s career as a whole and not necessarily their peak performance. To be one of the best player of all time you need to have a transcendent skill but even more importantly you need to have longevity and a lot of luck. Russell Westbrook is a cyborg sent here from outer space to wreak havoc on opposing players and there is no denying that. Westbrook’s athleticism will decline within the next five years and to be considered one of the all-time greats, he would have to win a minimum of three championships before he retires. I don’t see that happening, even if he added a Curry-esque stroke to his already stocked arsenal.

Is Russell Westbrook better than Steve nash?

Right now, Westbrook hands down

Prime Nash is better than current Westbrook

You get first pick: Russell Westbrook or Derrick Rose in February, 2012?

For 1 year rose, for my long term vision of a franchise it's westbrook without question.First money is not an issue because they are both max players for the foreseeable future.Rose has a much higher ceiling because of his lateral movement, the way he shifts left to right on one step or even sometimes in mid-air is a magic trick that few players have ever possessed, i've only ever seen dennis rodman able to do such a thing.  Harden & Ginobilli make up the current second tier of lateral movement guys, and it drops way off from there.  Wade used to play like this...and he hurt his knee and no longer plays this way.  Tim hardaway played this way too..guess what happened to him.  Shaun livingston played that way too..and his injury was a freak injury, but i gotta think wear and tear on his knee made him more susceptible to such an injury. So that unique lateral movement is a difference maker, but lateral movement is AWFUL for the knees because they just don't move that way.  this is why there are few players who can do this...because the human body just isn't built for that punishment.  Look at rose's injury move () , he jumped 4 feet in the air vertically AND laterally and his knee took it all... until it didn't.  One other big bonus of rose is he has the officials respect and gets the foul calls in crunch time. he avg 7 FTA a game last year (FYI comparing this years stats is ludicrous, rose was hurt most the year).westbrook is a north-south guard, he moves straight to the rim as fast and hard as he can with very little lateral movement.  He doesn't get those wide open left to right (& very pretty) layups that rose gets, but his knees thank him for his decisions every day and as an NBA GM you would thank yourself for locking up a player like that.that said, i've never seen any player EVER get from the three point line to the rim faster than westbrook.  He has no contemporaries that i know of, maybe grant hill from his rookie year when he had that killer cross over move?  So it's a scary proposition to say he'll remain healthy (because there's noone to compare him to), but that mid range pullup he is growing is a timeless move that will service him for at least 10 years (ask Terrell brandon about that) even if his speed decreases.if anyone can point me to contemporaries of westbrook's north south game, i'd be very interested
