Has violence against Americans increased because of the immigration issues?
Wow that was long. Yes i believe it has. And it is really disgusting how the media covers up for illegal criminals. Like I said it needs to hit one of them personally before their a$$es are going to wake up and report this bullshit so all Americans know what is really going on in our country.
If you drive without a license because of a real emergency, should your punishment be reduced or eliminated?
There have been cases where people have broken traffic laws and been excused for violating those laws due to legitimate emergencies and there have been cases where people have not been excused. A lot will depend on the circumstances, the officer who pulls you over and the judge who hears the case (if the officer gives a ticket.) I think you can expect the same for driving without a license. However, the reality is, there are very few emergencies that require someone to drive without a license. For example, if someone needs to get to the hospital, it is faster to call an ambulance, in most cases. However, if you can legitimately show that it was absolutely necessary, I think you would have a good chance at convincing a judge to at least reduce the charges. Let's say you are a child out in the wilderness, your phone doesn't work, you are with your father and he is having a heart attack. In that sort of a case, I hope any officer pulling you over would simply get your father to the hospital and then pat you on the head, as opposed to giving you a ticket.
