How to dye already striped fabric?
I have a striped curtain, the stripes are horizontal and alternate white and a dark creamy/somewhat tan color, I would like the tan color to be either yellow or orange without me buying a new curtain ugh! any suggestions on how to do that without dying the white sections too?

You can, the words just won't be dyed and they'll still be readable.

The original color of the shirt will affect the color of the finished product. If you use colors compatible with pinkish undertones (blues and purples and maybe reds would be lovely) you'll get better results. Most greens and browns do not mix well with pink. Even more important is the fiber content of the fabric. Most home-use dyes are best used on 100% cotton.

How do I remove a pink dye stain from a beige shirt?
Beige shirt 100% cotton with blue stripes that was washed with a new red shirt. So know my shirt is pink with blue stripes. I tried Oxy Clean but, it did not seem to help....any ideas???
How to wash a newly made tie dye t-shirt?
I made a tie dye shirt at around 6pm last night at a birthday party, and left it in a plastic bag to dry overnight. Well, I forgot about it ALL today, and just realized I had to wash it now. (It's 10pm where I'm at, btw), and I couldn't wash it in the washer because I already have a load in there. Plus, my mom won't let me because she's afraid it will stain her washer. So, I just hand-washed it in cold water for about 15 mins, now I'm letting it air-dry. Should I wash it again tomorrow, or no?
