Fake documents in DMV/BMV to obtain ID's/Drivers License?
I don't know if any of you actually heard the news about how these investigators used fake documents as well as an SSN from a 5 year old and a deceased man to obtain an authentic U.S passport. One of the investigators used a fake birth certificate and a legit SSN from a 5 year old and a deceased man to obtain a genuine Washington D.C identification card which he then used to apply for a U.S passport and he received his passport within a week. Obviously we know that when we apply for any I.D or Driver's License in the DMV, they need documents to prove identity and our date of birth. However, do they even check the authenticity of the documents??? For instance, if someone brought in a fake birth certificate, do they even have a system to put in the registration number from the birth certificate to make sure it's a real document?? All I know is that they do verify Social Security Numbers but I'm not sure about the supporting documents. In the black markets, fake U.S passports can easily be obtained for $1,000 or so for a top-notch replica. If some illegal immigrant had a legit SSN (which we all know some illegal aliens have obtained a real SSN) along with a fake U.S passport, would the DMVs know the passport is fake? Do the they even have a system to put in passport numbers and/or birth certificate registration numbers on their computer to find out if any of those documents are REAL? I've been really curious for sometime now. Let me know. It's interesting how some illegal immigrants obtain a real driver's license.

In most cases the training and tests required to drive are just right. There are situations that should require requalification. Such as drivers over well just a number to make it general let's say age 70. The senior citizens while being a necessity in society after a certain age they lose vision, coordination and the ability to react to emergency situations. This being said many seniors deserve to drive as long as they can be safe. I would think that it becomes manditory to not only pass a written test but also a road test. This could easily be applied for teens age 16 getting their first license. They should be retested with a road test. My opinion is it can be very dangerous if the DMV hands out drivers licenses for a fee and a written multiple choice test. Consider the testing for commercial drivers, if you want all endorsements there is 6 written test plus the class d test and a road test including what's called the walk around which is walking the test or around the truck showing that all equipment is in order with nothing cracked or broken. There is also the in cab test which is to show the test or that you know how to operate the vehicle.
In what US state is it easy to get a driver's license?
Pick em. Compared to most modern industrialized nations, passing the road test in any state is a joke. A bad joke.The road test in all states in the US is less than 15 minutes. It's possible to pass it while legally intoxicated. I know 2 people who did just that.On the other hand, the road test in the UK is 45-60 minutes and is a bitch to pass. I failed it twice.The road test in Germany is 60-90 minutes and makes the UK test look easy. Luckily I was able to exchange my UK license for a German license without a road test. The written test was a bear as it was in German. (The rules on the language may be different today; this was pre EU.)
Wisconsin permit to drive?
I will be 18 in May but currently I am enrolled in drivers Ed so I can get my permit and pass the drivers license test when I 18 easily I have many questions though that my teacher wasn't able to explain to me 1) once I get my permit and pass the tests do I have to go back to the dmv & get the probationary license which says I can drive by myself and 1 non relative person and have it for nine months ( or 2 years I think she said) or can I go straight to the dmv after I held my permit for 6 months and get the regular license where I can drive as many non relative people in the car? I already paused for the classes might as well learn correctly to avoid accidents

I’m not sure what you mean by ‘easily’. Care to be a bit more specific?When I decided that I wanted to get a driver’s license I passed the written exam, to get a learner’s permit, easily. But that was only because I was trained from an early age on ‘how to pass a test’. The information that was requested didn’t matter as much as how the questions were asked.Later, when I had to pass the road test I failed three times because I lost points for not doing one specific thing. That one thing, as it turned out, was not recovering from a turn by doing a hand-over-hand forcing of the steering wheel.So please be specific. Otherwise I don’t understand what you are talking about.

Yes you can for 90 days. You can also get an "International Drivers license here quickly & easily plus it is very cheap. You get the drivers license at LTO http://www.lto.gov.ph/ However you are advised to NOT drive here. The drivers here are nice accommodating people UNTIL they get behind the wheel. They think nothing about driving on a 2 lane road & passing a car with a motorcycle coming. They will cut in front of you with 6" to spare then pull over & stop. When anything happens (& it will) the foreigner is to blame. You will be far better off letting a local do the driving for you.

Hahahahahaha( continue laughing uncontrollably for 10 minutes).Americans are great drivers my ass. Now I cant speak for the whole country but I can speak for Massachusetts. There are so many bad, scary drivers out there. I drive for a living and it seems like everyday I almost get hit by someone that isnt paying attention. The amount of people I see texting while driving is alarming. I even saw some guy watching funny cat videos on his phone while driving.In fact one of the reasons that people are such bad drivers is because getting your license is so easy. I remember my driving test from more that a little more than a decade ago. The test lasted about 10 minuets and the hardest thing I had to do was a 3 poiny turn, and I screwed that up by forgetting to put the car back in drive. I passed.Before my test I had almost no training from a profesional and my parents had almost no time to bring me out driving.So why is it so easy for people in the United States to get a license, well Im not sure of the real reason but I assume its money. The more people that have a car means the more a town gets in excise taxes. Lets not forget the sales tax for your car and all the tax you pay on fuel.Taxes taxes taxes. That is the most likely reason its so easy to get a license here.
