Beef tips?

Well beef is not extremly healthy for you, so you will be gaining the muscle along with a life time of clogged arteries.... And it isnt the beef thats gunna "beef" you up, its the protein from the meat. So my highest beef suggestion would be beef jerky, It contains all the protein from normal beef and they cut out all the fat, thus eliminating the bad stuff from beef. But for dinner wise, Filets would be best, they are lowest in fat and cholesterol, and have high amounts of protein. However you have so many choices and they are all good depending on what you want... Here they all are....and these are all excepted on the south beach diet. Which is a healthy way of eating so,

I need a side dish that goes with beef tips and rice?

I always make a veggie pizza with my lasagna...it's more of an appetizer so not sure it's what you are looking for...It's crescent rolls formed into a pizza shape (round or square is fine) and baked, spread with a cream cheese mixture, add tossed veggies on top (broccoli, carrots, red peppers, celery, etc) If you are interested just update your question and ask and I'll post the actual recipe. Everyone goes nuts over it! I always used to serve garlic bread....but then I started buying fresh Italian or French bread and slicing it and heating up a little and that seems to go over well. You could do a hot spinach dip (YUMM!) with toasted garlic bread as an appetizer (sorry, again, not sure if you're looking for appetizers...also have a great recipe if you're interested) Steamed veggies Bruschetta

Beef Recipe?

look up easy beef tips and rice - they are easy and fast - I don't have the recipe at hand or I would give it to you - use cook.com, I think that is the one I found it uses a bag of that cheap ucky brown gravy packet stuff - but some how works in this recipe

This is a day late, but if your still looking I have the most awsome recipe for Italian beef sandwiches...
get a cheap roast (like an arm or shoulder) yes I know that is typically a rough cut of beef, but it is going into a crock pot so it will be very tender by the day's end
rub the roast down with garlic, s&p, regular italian dressing, sear the beef for the nice golden brown coating, then put in a crock pot, cover with about a cup to 2 cups of water mixed with a packet of au jus seasoning/gravy mix (you find it in the section of little McCormick type packets), throw in a little bit of chopped onion if you want - I don't because my husband doesn't really like onions, so that is out for me. Let this cook about 8 hours on low - remember with a crock you never ever lift the lid, it will be fine when 8 hrs is done. Now when the meat is ready, get some good old hoagie buns (I like the ones with seasame seeds on top - butter the insides, top and bottom pieces - set aside, chop a green, red or orange bell pepper, into thin little strips and a white or yellow onion, same little thin strips - in a pan coated in butter, "stir fry" the pepper and onion till very tender - I actually like mine kind of blackened, remove and set aside, now grill the breads, butter side only of course, then chop the meat up. To make the samy....just put some beef on the bun and some of the veggie mix, a splash of italian dressing and serve with a dip bowl like a french dip sandwich......these are awesome and easy for work day meal - serve with steak fries or onion rings....mmmmmmm

WEEKNIGHT SUPPER PIE

1/4 cup onion, minced
1 Tbsp butter
1 lb. ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp basil
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Pie pastry for a 2 crust pie

Saute onions in butter until soft and translucent. Add ground beef, minced garlic and basil; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn up to medium high heat and brown (do not allow garlic to burn).

Add tomato soup, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Allow to cool.

Preheat oven to 375F degrees.

Line a 9 inch pie dish with pastry rolled 1/8 inch thick (or use store bought).

Moisten edges of crust with cold water. Fill pie shell with meat mixture. Prick top crust and place over pie, brush with melted butter and bake in a preheated 375F oven for 1 hour or if you're in a hurry, bake at 450F for 15 minutes, then decrease heat to 350 and bake 15 minutes more.

Variations: Use Bisquick, following package directions, instead of pie crust. Can also top pie with mashed potatoes, and use a Bisquick crust for the bottom only.

ASIAN BEEF & NOODLES

1-1/4 pounds ground beef
2 packages (3 ounces each) Oriental-flavored ramen noodles, separated
2 cups frozen oriental vegetable mixture
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground ginger
3 tablespoons green onion, cut in 1" pieces
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon soy sauce

In skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes. Add garlic and onions after beef has been browning 5 minutes. Remove beef with slotted spoon; season with seasoning packet from noodles.

Place noodles in skillet. Add vegetable mixture, 2 cups water or beef broth, soy sauce, ginger and seasoning packet. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer several minutes or until noodles are done.

Add beef to skillet once more, cook 1-2 additional minutes.

American Chop Suey Variation: Instead of ramen noodles and flavoring packet, substitute leftover or pre-cooked pasta and one beef bouillon cube. Omit ginger and soy sauce. Add one 8-12 oz can diced tomatoes, tomato soup, or tomato sauce to skillet after beef has browned; continue as above. Serve wth microwave-melted cheese, or sprinkle with grated parmesan.

Fast and Easy!

Yes. It's very easy as long as you have the right ingredients. It's basically a beef stew with a French accent. There are a ton of easy recipes online all basically the same with, perhaps minor changes in ingredients used as there are in all the other beef stew recipes out there. Everyone had their own twist.Ina Garten has an easy recipe, cooked in the oven at 250ºF. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recip...This is not the kind of dish where the ingredients can be dumped together in a pot, but rather one that takes some time at the stove before you can "set it and forget it." Recipe: Slow-Cooked Boeuf Bourguignon — Recipes from The KitchnThe secret to a great bourguignon is in the sauce.  More specifically, it’s in the Burgundy, its namesake deep red wine that tenderizes the meat and gives the sauce a rich base.  A large shot of Cognac enriches it even further, and during the long slow cooking the two produce an amazing sauce. Slow Cooker/Crock Pot Beef Bourguignon - The View from Great IslandThe trick is using a red wine you like and cooking it low and slow. The basic recipe includes bacon, beef, red wine, beef stock, mushrooms, onions (classically pearl), various, celery, garlic and bay leaf.Other recipes might include cognac, or use chicken stock, some add potatoes. In a crockpot, I've made it with water when I had no stock and it still came out lushiously delicious. But understand that by using a crockpot, you might sacrifice color and texture in the name of convenience. Still, it most definitely is an easy thing to make.

Some steps that I follow, rinse and wash the rice well. And not too thorough because you might as well wash out some of the essential ingredients.Make sure that you know the proportions of the rice and water right. Rice:Water::1:2 works well for electric cooker. The ratio works well for pressure cooker as well if you are keeping a vessel inside the cooker and not keeping the rice directly in the cooker. If you are keeping the rice directly in the cooker, keep 2.5 times water of the rice and also be sure of putting the whistle at the right time to ensure there is no overcooking. Additional element would be to apply a little ghee on the inside layer of cooker.Cooking rice with Anise would add some great aroma. Jira rice has been a favourite, Jira sautéed in ghee surely does add more deliciousness.Hope this answer helps. Thank you!

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular “fad” diets out there. Go here https://tr.im/7e8OO

And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it’s a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true
