Bad grades, messy eating habits, feeling tired all the time... What's happening to me?

Problem number one: I feel exhausted all the time. I sleep peacefully at night, and in weekends I don't even wake up 'till noon, and after lunch I'm still tired and I'm able to sleep the whole afternoon.
Problem number two: My eating habits are a mess. Sometimes I spend the whole day without eating anything, 'cause I'm not hungry at all, and then the next day I eat as if I've never seen food in my life.
Problem number tree: That's the biggest one. I've always been a good student, but recently that changed. I have depression, but that never affected my school work that much. My grades are dropping drastically, I'm not able to concentrate in my classes, and I often forget to do my homework. My teachers "don't recognize me anymore" (their words, not mine).
All of that is really affecting my relationship with my parents. I got really moody over the last months. I'm fighting a lot with my dad, and that worries me because the last time we fought like that was when my parents divorced and me, my mom and my sister moved out and I blamed him for the divorce.
Can someone please help me?
Xoxo,
Laura.

How do you break the habit of emotional eating?

You need something else that satisfies the emotional comfort but is wholesome, like exercise or a healthy hobby, and then you need to consciously decide to do that. To some extent it is just the discipline of conscious choice and you shouldn’t get discouraged when you mess up. Of course, removing the emotional causes through a positive resolution is ideal.

I messed up my diet by eating a lot of ice cream . Should I still go to the gym today or it’s just not worth it ?

Reason I’m asking is because when you have food in your stomach you tend to burn glycogen stores than fat . I want burn my fat.

How much cardio should I do to compensate if the answer is yes ?
