well you should have paid Ebays fees as soon as the auction ended and was paid for. Yes they can sue you and remain calling you and mailing you for THEIR MONEY you used THEIR SERVICE and as with any BUSINESS you signed a contract with them upon signing up for an account. EBAY Is a BUSINESS just like everyone else on earth. I dont understand why youd think just because they are online that you wouldnt have to pay for their services just like everyone else. Do yourself a favor and PAY YOUR EBAY BILL otherwise this also later in life, while you still owe them money, you will never have good CREDIT! Ebay is THE LARGEST COMPANY IN THE PLANET EARTH AND IF YOU THINK FOR ONE SECOND THEY ARENT ALREADY ON THEIR WAY TO COME AFTER YOU, YOU HAVE ANOTHER THING COMING. Like you said they are already coming after you for $48.00 you had at the end of the sale you made, you should have paid out then. You arent that broke that you cant PAY YOUR BILLS! Why does it seem that, between eBay fees and PayPal fees, there just isn't any way to be profitable selling on eBay unless you are a super high volume store?
