Why is cardio making my thighs bigger?

While your excersizing is good, you aren't getting enough calories to maintain health. Your thighs are getting bigger, because you are building muscle in your legs. Instead of starving your body, increase lean red meat in your diet a little. Intake of a little fat will tell your body it is okay to lose some. Starvation of fat causes your body to shut down the loss of body fat reserves. That is just the way it works. That is why doctors have obese patients go on a ketonic diet for a few weeks at the beginning of their diet. But I digress. Try getting a more balanced diet. As far as your thighs, maybe cut down the routine a little and/or ride a bike a few miles a day.

How to lose fat off your INNER thighs?

I've been doing exercises like squaring and running and swimming and other stuff but as the muscle on my outer thighs is really strong, my inner thighs are still fat and flabby. What will tighten this?

Can't get rid of inner thigh cellulite!!!?

Okay, I am officially annoyed lol. I'm 18 and already have cellulite-wonderful, right? lol. Anyway, I'm a skinny girl, average or slight below average, whatever. I have some chub here and there, where no one see's it (except my boyfriend) like little baby love handles, a soft pouch etc. But I got me a booty and some damn thighs! Normally, I'd be happy with extra junk in the trunk lol, and so would my boyfriend, but it's my inner thighs I have an issue with and I'm very insecure about. I used to be very athletic so therefore I had great toned tan legs. Yeah..that all changed when I turned like 14 and though no one really remembers, I puffed up! Like super chubby for whatever reason (Big mac *cough cough*) especially in the butt and thigh region. I don't mind the butt at all. In fact, I feel bad for girls who can't fill out their jeans, when all I wanna do is share lol. I cant help it-I think it fills the void I feel for having like no boobs, ya know, makes up for it lol! But as I got older, I lost the weight in the arm and stomach area (now I'm called noodle arms all the time :/) but kept it in the butt & thigh area and it just won't stop!!! Forget the butt, I'm focused on the thighs. From farther away you wouldn't be able to tell, but closer or up close you def can. It's embarrassing and makes me feel really upset about my once super awesome fit legs. I truly like having more meat on my bones, but this is a whole other ball game. I have cellulite all over my inner thigh. I jiggle like like jello when I walk! lol. And running...oh boy. Let's just say I wear Capri's and have to squeeze my butt so ppl won't see it going all over the place! lol. I know my butt isn't super big and compared to larger girls...it's probably tiny. But my thighs are really upsetting me. And I walk everywhere!!! I bike (not as much), I run in gym class, like what the hell!!! And still...cellulite at it's finest lol. I don't get it. I just want it to go away, so I can wear my cute cut offs without feeling insecure and like I'm jigglin' all over the damn place lol. Any cures for jiggly thighs? Lol.

What exercises are the best to get rid of inner thigh fat?

Any exercise that burns the most fat will be the most effective at removing fat from everywhere/anywhere on your body. If you work out hard and replace all the calories that you’ve burned during your workout with increased food intake, you won’t lose any fat.Therefor you need to control your appetite. The best way to control your appetite is to make the fat on your body more available to be used for fuel. Insulin is the hormone that not only controls your blood sugar levels, but also the availability of your fat stores for energy use. The more insulin you have, the less available your fat stores are.Therefor you want to avoid foods that raise your insulin levels. Those foods would be high glycemic index foods like candy, cakes, sugary or starchy fruits and vegetables.Foods that do not effect your insulin levels are high fat foods like most nuts, avocados, eggs, whipping cream. Completely avoid sugar. Do not carb load. If someone tells you to eat carbs, ignore them because they have no clue what they’re talking about. YOU DO NOT NEED CARBS TO WORK OUT EFFECTIVELY.The only thing carb loading will do is prevent your body from being forced to burn fat while you work out and while you recover from your workout.

Exercises to slim down thighs?

I want to slim my thighs down a bit and i need some help doing so
I run everyday and that isn't really working
