Arabic-English translation needed?

I must correct some grave errors that were made in the former translation above.
Greetings, boss ('Basha'-a title-meaning: "man about town"-respectful term used to signify/address a person of importance)...How are you...How are things (any news)...what is this...something new...or just something on the net...well, buddy (word 'seedy' means 'sir', but in this context it means friend, or dude)...still...Ease things for me by informing me of your condition. My dear friend, say hi to everyone. Salutations.

The word 'Habibi' only translates as 'darling' when referring to the female gender, considering that the word 'darling' in English and the translation 'habeeby' in Arabic signify entirely different relationships in their respective cultures and languages. 'Habeeby' in arabic directed towards a male indicates a close friendship; towards a female it indicates a close relationship with a mother or sister (If from a female). If from a male towards a female other than family, it means a close romantic relationship.

What is the best way to translate English to Arabic?

There are two major ways:Hire or use the help of a native translatorUse Google Translate or machine translation only for straight-forward, easy or direct sentences; Google Translate gives a correct proper translation of approximately 70% of what you insert. Some of the problems of machine translations include not being human which lack the understanding of context and hidden meaning of a sentence or a word. Still, word for word translation is the best way to benefit from Google translate or any other machine translation. Still, with context and indirect language, it fails to give the intended meaning. The third, easy and free way is to ask native people for the proper translation of your sentence e.g. here at Quora.

Help with a short English-Arabic translation?

I'd like to translate the following in to modern standard Arabic:

"Love thyself above all else"

I'm studying Arabic in school and have a good idea of what this might be, but "thyself" is throwing me for a loop. How would fluent speakers interpret this?

It's for a tattoo I'd like to have done soon...

Thanks!
