I need help writing a letter for my French class? (French 1). Is this translation correct?
For my letters what I normally do is write the letter in English first and then translate it to French. Why do some english teachers get so fustrated about Grammar ?
Because we (I am one!) are paid to teach it and care whether our students succeed or not. I agree that grammar isn't the most important thing in the world, but I can't teach nuclear fusion or geometry or art. If you're in my English class, you're going to learn how to write, and grammar is a pretty big part of that process. Besides, people take you much more seriously if you can compose an error-free sentence, especially people who are reading your admissions essay or resume.
How to write appreciation letter to participants after attending a training program?
I would keep this short - thank them for attending, express your hopes that they found the training beneficial, and ask them for a brief comment on what was good, or could be improved upon for next time.
Can I use "Thanking you in anticipation" in an official letter?
Actually, the better way to word an official letter, would be to say, “I sincerely appreciate your attention to this matter and I look forward to your response.”Hope that helps!
