I've already backed up my phone to this computer, it is synced as far as everything but music goes.. just not the music. I went ahead and used a program to take all music from my iphone off and put it back onto iTunes, so all the music will sync back if I click OK. Buttt.. what about my photos, apps (especially content saved in the apps), texts.. all that. Will I lose all that too or will it use the recent backup I did? I know it's backed up because I had to completely remove and reinstall iTunes from scratch to install 4.0 which required a backup/sync. Thanks.
