How do I fix "Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error."?
When I try to log into the email my highschool has offered to me I get the error on chrome Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error. I have tried other browsers, other computers/laptops, and even other internet. None of them work. I have been able to access the email from home but now I am unable to anywhere but in school. But they say I should be able to still access it. How can I fix this error?

BASIC RULE FOR TROUBLESHOOTING ANYTHING.... When A fails to work with B, try A with C or B with C. Try Safari to see if it is with Chrome. If so, trash Chrome and use a good browser. Mac Chrome is nothing over Safari, so just say no to it. If Safari gives the same error, talk to the office network admin. EVERY OFFICE NETWORK HAS AN ADMIN. <0-0>

i had the same issue.. its a ridiculous problem, irritating yet so simple to take care of... remove any game cartridge from the gba slot before you connect your ds to your computer to update your firmware... thats it!! lol i wasted about 2 hours trying to figure the problem, but im glad i solved it!

I ve been trying to connect to a homework site for the last few days, but I keep getting the error above. I ve tried three different computers, and four browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox, and Safari) I have looked at the time and date on the computer, I have tried fixing the settings on the browsers and I have looked at Norton anti-virus... nothing is working... please help!

Try this: Edit>Preferences>Advanced tab>encryption tab make sure ssl 3.0and tsl 1.0 are checked. Sea Monkey is Based on Mozilla and I am currently running Firefox on Ubtuntu 8.10 (which quite an old Version) but the Browser Structure is the same. These are the setting I am using. I am also running PClinuxOS( but it is KDE same as Puppy) and have not had this particular problem but as a workaround --if you can install the Epiphany Browser from your software Repository it may solve the problem if the above does not work.
