How hard is it to install a turbo charger?
Installation is pretty straight forward. You will need Turbo Exhaust manifolds or make your own. Carb enclosure, pop off valve, Air tubes Oil lines and brackets You can buy most of the system premade, but will need to fabricate the air tubing, oil lines, and possibly the brackets. Tuning the system is the hardest part.
Which is better? 4 bolt main or 2 bolt main?
Four bolt main blocks are almost always stronger than two bolts. The only exception is the 400 small block. The outside main bolts go into the webbing on a four bolt 400 which can actually make them weaker than the two bolts. I would never use a two bolt block for a forced induction motor and personally I wouldn't use a production block at all in that application. I'd use an aftermarket casting (Dart, World, etc) or a GM Bowtie, but I like to err on the side of caution. There is no way to even estimate the h.p. based on the info provided.
Which one gives better mileage(fuel efficiency) fuel injection or carburetor?

The fuel injection nozzle is provided directly in the combustion chamber.Whereas, in a Carburetor the air intake is via the air filter and the fuel intake comes in from the fuel tank. Does a 1975 Camaro really only produce 145hp?
If the engine is entirely stock and the exhaust system is entirely stock, that figure may be accurate. During the 1970's, car manufacturers started putting heavy duty smog devices on cars to help control air pollution. These devices ended up parasitically draining performance badly. As far as the horsepower estimate of 145, that is probably about right. Torque is higher than that, however. Perhaps the torque is around 275 or 300 lb/ft. This is what gives the Camaro the powerful feel it has to it. You could boost horsepower easily. The Chevy 350 is an excellent motor to modify. You wouldn't really even need to open up the engine. You could keep the original parts like the 2 barrel carb and the intake, but replace them with high performance aluminum parts like an Edelbrock 4bbl carb and an Edelbrock intake. Just by simply changing to an Edelbrock intake and carb, you will add probably around 30HP easily. It will also increase the torque of the engine. The sky is literally the limit. You could just keep the motor stock (which I recommend for reliability reasons), or you could build it up and make the engine radical. You could build a 383 stroker or a 355 Chevy and have the engine producing 400-500HP or more- but it would be expensive. I recommend just keeping the motor stock and adding a few basic bolt ons. You can also upgrade the stock exhaust with some ceramic coated headers, dual pipes, and high flow mufflers. If you were to add say an Edelbrock intake, a 4bbl high performance carb, and a full high flow exhaust system, the engine would be making more than 200HP easily. Good luck with the Camaro!
How long should it take to repair a carburetor?
I live out of state. My mother took a '76 Buick La Sabre in to a dealer in Northern California on Wednesday; "it may be ready this Monday." It gets worse - she initially took it to a Midas shop where they kept it for four days after having it rebuilt. They made the problem worse. Do they make new carburetors for this car? If so, would it have been easier to replace it?
