Etiquette Would You Be Around A Guy That Made Mockery Of You For Another Girl

Manners and Etiquette: What is the best reply when someone calls you "short"?

Thanks for the A2A Mrigank Chugh ! 5'5 or 5'6 is a good height.I am 5'2 which is just quite a normal height for girls. There are several girls and guys with a better height who look like *Clocktowers* in front of me, and I look like a *Baby*.But does that bother me?Not really! And it shouldn't even bother you!* Yea, until and unless people use me as a headstand and always call me "cute", even though if I look pretty in an outfit or new style *So coming to your question, I guess, you can tell them-Your'e not short , your'e just not a victim of gigantism.Your'e just a cute packet full of positive energy!Your'e always comfortable in your height and can adjust anywhere. * Let those people remember the pain that they go through while getting into a car, or while adjusting their long legs in a public autorickshaw! Awkward ! No?*Your'e * Chhota Packet Main Bada Dhamaka! * Translation: A big bombshell in a small packet! :DMy physical height cannot decide the heights of success that I will reach by my deeds.!I am not short, I am just ridiculously adorable! :)Thank You!***************

Is it okay for guys to criticize or make fun of a girl with comparatively more body hair?

I used to know a woman who, with her clothes on, was so gorgeous she was regularly asked if she was a model. She was intensely modest due to her shame about her body hair. She wore long sleeves and long skirts or pants, and wow, she was stunning.I remember one day I changed in the same room with her and realised I had never seen her arms before! I asked her about it and she told me she gets made fun of all the time when she shows her arms. Then I met her boyfriend, my very hairy friend we'll call him Arjun for now! She told me she dated men like Arjun because dating men with less hair than her made her embarrassed. Sometimes they even made fun of her!Today I admire her courage for not bowing to social expectations and waxing or shaving. And I admire Arjun for not being a jerk! He and I are friends to this day. :)

How do I know when a girl is mocking me, teasing me, or flirting with me?

Edit: Quora poison control just moved my answer from another question to this one which basically makes it worthless. Oh well. Enjoy.——It’s actually really simple, generally.Eye contact, not lasting but cute and somewhat shy.Smiles. If she smiles at you, or does an even remotely slight smirk, she may be flirting. This is subGestures, direction of body, poses. If she’s facing you, or crosses her legs towards you, leans towards you, or leans in to talk to you, she’s into you.Offhanded jokes, comments, snarky remarks, generally flirtatious behavior.Playing with hair. This is generally a signal. It’s vitally important to note that all of the above could be just someone being them. I’ve known many women who were raised to basically flirt with everyone. They were taught, or learned on their own, from a very early age that flirting yields more positive results than not. With that said, pay special attention to the combination of everything above. Waitresses for example, will make eye contact, will smile, will gesture politely and may even lean in to talk with you. That does not mean they like you, it just means they value great tips.Your hair stylist may also do all of the same but once again, does not mean she likes you.If however you receive all of the above, or a combination of the above, from someone you know, or randomly meet on occasion or simply in passing, take a leap and ask if they wanted to get some coffee, or tea, or food, whatever, just go out on a limb. If they say no, you move on knowing you misread the situation and hopefully the next time you’ll have better luck but if they say yes, you’re a champion in her eyes. Enjoy it. :)

Why are most beautiful girls so arrogant?

I won't say I am beautiful but I would like to share my thoughts gained from my experience. 1. I don't like clingy people, I have noticed when we start talking to that guy who has no friends or who sits alone in the corner they start making their world around us. You think we don't notice such guys ? Well, you wouldn't believe but some girls observe :) --> We are very confused people, our decisions are sometimes controlled by hormones. So, don't feel bad if we don't reply to your GN message- maybe we are tired, or not in mood, or busy or we are scared if reply then we will have to text you for next 20 minutes.2. I am kinda person who talks politely to everybody, be it the CEO of the company or peon/admin/coffee guy. In few months I realized people started taking me for granted. Now, I have learned to be a bit strict. I don't someone to misunderstand me or take me lightly. So, sometimes we just don't want this to happen, talk politely-get taken lightly-work on being strict.... so, we avoid this by not talking at all. I can suggest you to be a bit talkative and show that you are humorous, girls love such company. I don't know what most girls look for, but somewhere deep inside people love hanging out with people who can talk, have ideas, or have many interests (music, movies, photography, reading etc). Point is, not all girls go for looks :)

Why is my guy friend always making fun of me?

i'm a sophmore girl in high school and i have this guy friend. we've been friends since we had class together freshman year. he's nice except that he kinda always is mean to me.. like after we take a test he turns to be and says, "i bet you failed!" or anything to make fun of me. why? i'm not stupid; i get A's and i take two AP classes. he can be really nice but then he just makes fun of me. is it him being immature?

Do women have better "manners" than men?

No, that's a general statement. There are women who have abhorrent manners and there are men who have impeccable manners.

I've seen young women who cut in front of elderly people in check out lines and I've also been allowed to get ahead of a man in line because I had just one item and he had a cart full.
