Even Though I Shared A Google Plus Album With A Circle E.g.

How can I use Google+ (within our own company Google Apps domain) to share a photo archive among the employees, with multiple contributors?

As I understand you can use Google+ via apps within your company and that automatically creates a circle of users for that comapny. Then when you share photo albums in that circle only employees can see,administrate and upload the photos. If they use smartphones they can automatically upload to the account. The exact technical details are not known to me unfortunately if that is what you're looking for.

Is it possible to share x-rated content on Google+ communities?

Yes and noOn Google in general"Nude, explicit, obscene and X-rated content" may be posted to Blogger (product) (a Google-owned service) and on Google Sites (formerly or soon-to-be formerly Google Groups). In both cases, when creating the blog or site, there is an option that one may select, to indicate that the content is not child-friendly, and may also contain adult language, sexual explicit,  controversial or violent imagery. For Blogger sites, which usually have the URL dot blogspot dot com, if not self-hosted, a warning screen precedes any access. It states that the content may be sexual or otherwise graphic, I don't recall the exact wording. It requests the user to click either "Yes, I want to view" or "No". Again, I don't recall the exact wording, or if there is any mention of being of legal age. It probably varies by locale, as Google now has country-level suffixes on Blogger blogs e.g. .dot com dot mx for Mexico or dot com dot de for Germany.On Google+One can post nude, explicit, obscene and X-rated content, but I am uncertain what the policies are. I can say, with certainty, that it is possible to share such images if restricted to a circle only, and that such sharing privacy is not abused by further redistribution by those who are recipients.

How does Google+ add value to my life?

I personnaly prefer G+ over Facebook, because you have way more control of the way you want to share thanks to the circle system. For example I can send my kids pictures to my family circle only while I would share my job party pics with my job friends circle.You may want to do it with Facebook, but it's tricky.Furthermore, as everyone do this on G+, I find that my thread contains more relevant content for me. the fact that you can chat with 9 people is really cool.And most important of all, you can export ALL your data (including you contact from G+) : good luck with Facebook.So in one sentence : more control, more relevant,  and my data still belongs to me :-)

What don't you like about Google+, and what could Google do to fix it?

Google plus is quite useful for sharing with a  small and controlled group of people (close friends, family, etc). They have really done this well, but there are still a lot of improvements that will make it awesome.
