How do I raise the TerraScore level on a planet on "Spore"?
Okay I'm at the Galactic Stage on Spore. I like to expand my empire, The Lyocon Empire. But I can't find planets that have TS 3. I know it's possible to raise the TerraScore, but how do I do it? Thanks :)
