Every Time I Try To Delete A Picture On Instagram It Doesnt Delete Itll Pop Back Up On My Profile.

If I delete my Instagram account does it delete comments made on someone elses page?

When you delete your account, the following things happenYour photos get deleted. Nobody will be able to see them unless they are posted by someone else and you are just tagged in themYour profile is no more. Nobody can visit your profile since it doesn’t exist anymore.Your likes don’t count anymore. Suppose a photo had 82 likes and your like was among these 82 likes. After you delete your account, the photo will just have 81 likes and you’ll dissappear from the list of likers.Your comments will be deleted. Any photo you commented on will no longer have your comment.Your messages also will be no more.If you’re planning to return to Instagram, you can temporarily disable your account. That way, all of the above things will surely happen, but when you come back these will reappear. So you don’t have to worry about starting from the begining.Hope that answered your question.Incase this is my first answer you’re readingHi, I am Uzayr Siddiqui . I write frequently on Instagram and other topics. You’re welcome to visit my profile and check out my other answers.

If you post a picture on instagram and deleted it shortly after, will it still show up on other people's feed?

Only on the ones who’s specific page of the feed, where your post was, loaded between you posting it and deleting it.If it was 10s and you don’t have 1000+ followers, you can asume that you’ll be fine most of the time. If it’s something REALLY toxic for yourself (such as a nude you’ll regret or something of sorts), I’d change my account’s ID so any screen capture can’t be traced back to your account if posted around. If it’s crazy toxic, make an entirely new account, one of your followers took the possible screenshot, so not a good idea to have him around.

If I delete a direct messaging conversation from Instagram on my phone does it remove it from the other person's phone too?

Yes, but ONLY if they haven't already seen it. A couple months ago my girlfriend left me, and because her phone was broken, I tool advantage of the fact that she wouldn't be able to see the messages I sent her on Instagram. I spent the next week pouring my heart out to her, and every time the thought crossed my mind, I would tell her I loved her. I would tell her good morning, good night, and all the other things I missed being able to tell her when we were together. But before she was able to get her phone fixed, I went back and deleted every single one. Now she's none the wiser and I don't feel like such a sad piece of shit because of it.

I temporarily deactivated my Instagram account. Now when I try to reactivate it by logging in, it says that my username doesn't exist?

This jus happened to me right now and I freaked out. I disabled my Instagram a week ago because of some annoying guy who was trying to use me. But this was my first time deactivating instagram! It is so scary. DON’T WORRY! I figured it out, at least this worked for me. In the instagram app at the top where you see your username in the middle top of the screen and it has a downward arrow next to it (yourusername^)CLICK ON THAT, and type ADD ACCOUNT, you are going to re-add your instagram accounts that you deactivated. In this case I had three. I think as you add them back in, Instagram realizes you are signing back on and re-activates it for you.Add all your accounts back that you deactivated by putting in the username andpassword and then click on them. You should be back to normal. If that isn’t proof enough, open your computer and type in your URL for instagram and add your username to the end of the URL, after following these instructions your account should show up, IT EXISTS! And if you're not a private account, or if you are just signed in on your browser all your photos will start showing up as you scroll DOWN :) :) :) :) :)This just literally worked for me and I started singing “Just Hold On We’re Going Home” by Drake because I was so happy…something took me home and my photos were all here. I thought I lost them all because of some stupid guy that made me deactivate my account. Please try it! Its way easier than the “report hacker” method on YouTube. I am so happy and needed to share it with everyone because I see people below and above are deceiving us and asking us to buy their third party apps to fix this issue, when I experienced it so easily.GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!! Why can’t I delete my Instagram photos?

As long as you’re logged into the account where the photo is posted, and you’re using the Instagram app (phone/tablet) not web browser version, you can delete photos. You can’t however delete them in bulk - you have to delete each photo one by one. Here’s how.Navigate to the photo to be deleted. Hit the three little buttons on the top right. (May look different if using iPhone; I don’t know)2. Hit where it says ‘Delete’.3. It will prompt you, ‘Delete this post?’ If you’re sure, hit ‘yes’.That’s it! Your picture is deleted.Note: there is also a way of archiving pictures.Using the three dots again, hit ‘Archive’.2. The post now will be in the archive and not visible on your profile page. To access the archive and retrieve a previously-archived post, hit the little clock-with-arrow icon to the top right.3. Find the picture you want to restore to the profile page. Hit ‘Show on Profile’. The picture will now be restored to the same place it was on your profile with the same comments and likes as before.
