Everytime I Go To Eat Food I Instantly Dont Want It

I’m hungry but I don't want to eat anything. Am I sick?

Hi, there are a few more things I need to know to understand what is the issue here, but I will still try to answer. It feels that lately, the surrounding around you have changed… the change was slow but now you are free to observe it -that everybody keeps so busy in themselves and you are also tied up to a metropolitan routine of work, travel, traffic jams, pollution, crowd, pending tasks, flexible sleep routines and so on.Now from past some time you really want to get some “pampering”, but situation is not so…Your body is reacting fine by demanding food when hungry, but your mind is not reacting fine; instead it tells you to be a bit lazy, distract self in online surfing but not in fixing up a sandwich or other healthier options for food… you might just want to bite a chocolate or potato chips but having proper food isn’t appealing you… it will appeal you if someone gets it for you and asks you to eat it with them… a human connection for pampering…So if you are living in Hostel then go home for a few days; if at home then demand someone to take a leave for 2 days and go out with you. If everybody else is busy, then you take a break, but do not lie on bed and sleep the whole day, instead plan something that you used to enjoy and spend the time there… go out and explore nearby chai-spots, dhaba, and restaurant…paint, dance, go for a walk… befriend a dog on the road, watch the squirrel steal your peanuts from the park’s bench.Do not ignore it: emotional first aid is as importantIf still you feel - unable to try anything, hobbies don’t interest you anymore, then seek help.Best.

Every time I eat fast food I want to throw it up?

Your Mom must be one great cook. The introduction of fast foods into the diet has advantages and disadvantages. Advantage - it is fast. Disadvantage - it simply is not Mom's cooking. Sooner or later you are going to learn to cook like your mom and then others will be saying the same thing about your cooking. To really answer the question I would guess it is simply in your head that fast foods are not as nutritional as your mom's homecooking (not a bad thought).

Why do I get acne every time I eat fast food or junk food?

Acne can occur for different reasons, but one of those reasons is because it is your body's way of getting rid of toxins. It has many ways of doing this, most of which the liver is in charge of. But, if your liver is being overworked and can't handle the toxins that are entering your body from the fast food you are eating, then your body's plan B can be to try and push them out through the skin.

Just because it has not been scientifically proven that food can cause acne does not mean it is not true. I think the science experiment you have been doing on yourself is all the proof you need.

Since it sounds like what is causing your acne is internal, the topical creams a dermatologist would give you may not help. And if they give you anything to take internally, that can just cause even more work for your liver.

The best idea would be to try to cut back on the fast food, junk food, and soda. Eat clean whole foods that make your body happy and this will likely help your digestive system and liver function improve. Once these things are improved, you will likely be able to treat yourself with a poor food choice once in awhile and remain acne free.

Got diarrhea from eating McDonald's food?

9 times out of 10 diarrhea has a viral or environmental cause, not something you've eaten. If it's something wrong with what you've eaten odds are more likely that you'll be vomiting instead. I wouldn't recommend that you assume it was the McD's food that upset your stomach. Give 'em another shot. If you have troubles three or four time from the same place then you can be sure that they're to blame, otherwise you could have picked it up from anywhere.

Is it good that after you eat you poop immediately?

Assuming that you have no GIT problems, some foods such as coffee, stone fruits and figs, release a hormone called "gastrin" which can increase motor activity or contractions in the colon which can lead to a laxative effect. Foods like this can cause a diuretic effect where water is drawn into the intestines from surrounding tissue (and causes dehydration, especially in the case of coffee and alcohol).Generally though, the longer the food stays in your small intestine, the more nutrients are absorbed and anything that disrupts this such as diuretics, means that the nutrients aren't adequately absorbed and if prolonged, can lead to other complications down the track. If you find that you continue to have trouble with foods that shouldn't typically cause almost instant contractions then you should definitely bring it up with your GP.All the best!

Why do I throw up after eating? usually fast food?

Fried foods aren't good for you and fast food is poison.
Maybe your body is trying to tell you that it doesn't want that junk and to feed it something healthy.
What do you mean, 'what should you say' to the doctor?
Just tell him exactly what's happening...like you did here.

Instant noodles.while I like the flavour of instant noodles and I used to eat it during weekends, I am afraid my body cannot take handle it anymore. Everytime I eat these, I got diarrhea, but it varies from time to time. Ice cream and cheese is not always causing me diarrhea, but milk almost immediately give me one. So I eat them in moderation. Thankfully A2 cows milk products have become available so I can drink milk again. However, butter is probably the worst. I got a stomach upset really fast and a very terrible diarrhea last time I ate butter. So I avoid them or eating in moderation (and prepare to run to toilet in 2 hours)White breads.Wheat bread tastes better, tastier, and overall healthier anyway.White-colored veggies. They cause gases and bloating. Not harmful to your body, but I will avoid them if I can.Egg yolksThey are very delicious but sometime they give me carbuncles in random areasBeefThey are consuming too much water and not environmentally friendly. I prefer eating pork, fish, and chicken. I eat beef during a special occasion though, in moderation.(Yes I don’t like beef burgers at all)
