Is it OK if I wash my hair with water every day?
Wow, lots of really odd answers to this. I think the question is asking is it OK to wash your hair with ONLY water everyday. The answer is, of course yes. Its fine. Taking it further, I believe this is preferable to washing you hair with shampoo. Around 25 years ago I was washing my hair with shampoo everyday, and then putting products in it to make it non-dry. It dawned on me this was a bit silly. I was stripping out the oil from my hair, and replacing it with oil. I decided to stop and see what happened. For about 2 weeks my hair became really oily. Then it settled down, and I have literally never used shampoo since. When I get it cut, the hairdresser shampoos it, and if I do some really dirty job I might shampoo it, but otherwise there is really no need. Hair care products are a scam.
Does washing your hair sometimes give you a cold?
if you let your body's temperature drop then you can catch a cold. wet hair is all right but as water evaporate it may bring down your body temperature. You get sick from germs when your body temp drops due to cold weather and your hair chills. you make your body more prone to illness as your defenses drop. heat is an important factor which keeps germs in your body such as the cold from spreading and weakening your immune system and making you feel sick. Remember heat is a part of your innate immune system to keep down germ levels in your body

Ok, I have extremely curly hair. Also I have extremely oily greasy hair. Since I have Afro curly hair, I have to blow dry and iron my hair everytime I wash it. So I can't just put water on my hair and ta-daa, it gets frizzy. But I have a cold now. And my mom just WONT let me wash my hair like seriously because she says it's not good to wet my head when I'm sick (Cuban stuff). My hair was last washed on Wednesday of last week and tomorow is Thursday, thanksgiving and I'm meeting up with family and want to look nice. But it looks wet
