Explain How Exercising Regularly Will Affect The Functioning Of The Body

Does exercising regularly impact your face?

Definitely, it does.Regular exercise when combined with an equally healthy and balanced diet with perfect hydration with water always hits the bull’s eye! That triggers a great metabolism leading to the expulsion of toxic impurities from your body which often aggravate skin irritation, acne, blackheads at the skin level.Coming to the actual benefits of exercising regularly, it miraculously enhances blood circulation to every other organ of your body, including your skin, letting it bask in a natural glow like never before (sans makeup!).And while you burn the extra fat working out gradually, you rid yourself from the puffiness of your face too…bidding adieu to that loose facial skin and double chin. You're then gifted with almost a naturally sculpted face. And just as part of a doting tip, never ever think of exercising just focusing on a single part of your body. Because when you workout, it affects every inch of it.You could check out my fitness journey here where I switched to a regular fitness routine with Yoga & mindful eating. And it takes weeks or months very often. So please ban quick fixes in this domain! There are practically no shortcuts to a healthy body no matter how appealing and convincing the commercials make it seem.

How does exercising affect the digestive system?

When you exercise it stimulates the stomache to secrete more digestive juices. This increases metabolism as a result of increased heart rate. It is a fantastic way to speed up release of toxins from the digestive tract, as a more efficient metabolic system also leads to less oxidative stress, healthier tissues, enhanced and freer bowel movement and, of course, a 'lighter' you.

How does body temperature of an orgasnism affect the function of the enzymes in said organisms?

the varying temperature might denature the organism's enzymes. enzymes have an optimum temperature which they work best at (which is typically the organism's body temperature, if the enzyme is working in the organism) but if the enzyme is at a temperature which is above (or drastically below) its optimum temperature, then it would denature, meaning its active site would change shape and the substrate would no longer be able to fit into it, and the enzyme can no longer function; meaning important cellular reactions in the organism, would slow down drastically causing life-threatening affects.

the organism might cope with this problem by staying in an area which has a temperature that is more or less the same as optimum temp. needed for the organism's enzymes (i.e. body temp.) or it might be adapted to cope with the problems i.e. have a thick layer of fur if their habitat is a place which has a temp. that is lower than the body temp. needed. etc.

Explain the relationship between diet and good health.?

If you follow a healthy diet, and you exercise, you'll be in good health.

How does exercise affect homeostasis?

The main muscle affected by exercise and homeostasis is the heart. The heart must beat faster during exercise, moving oxygen-rich blood out to the skeletal muscles for motion. As the exercise slows, the heart responds to the change in homeostasis by reducing the pumping action. The body will continue to alter its functions, to maintain homeostasis, until the person is at rest again.

I workout 6 days per week. Will masturbating everyday affect my body growth in a negative way?

Nope not all, if you do it before working out then, you boy goes in to relax mode and then you make it work forcefully, body goes in to shock mode therefore to replace homeostatis your CNS tells your brain to get glucose , if you diet it properly then your muscles is saved, else it take glucose from your muscle thru gluconeogenisis and thats how you lose muscles and less muscle so body gets the info that losing muscle therefore energy is lowering therefore wee need to make sure that, we have stored energy there fore, it activated alpha 2 receptors to tell then not release fat and keep storing. this what happens when your diet is not good and mastrbrate before working out …if your diet is correct, then you will not put fat but, you will lose muscle if you mastrbrate before working out… so be smart and take your hand out from there and put it on your carrier and workout and be safe … and mastrbrate is not bad but addiction is…

What happens in your body when you exercise?

Quite a lot, and it’s different depending on what kind of exercising you’re doing. If you are doing aerobic work (“cardio”), then your muscles are using the slow-twitch muscle fiber to metabolize glucose from your bloodstream with oxygen from your breathing to provide energy. The waste products from this work are mostly expelled as carbon dioxide. If you are working at the right level of effort, this is a steady-state affair and you can continue for quite a long time. Once the glucose in your bloodstream is used up (doesn’t take long) your body starts converting “glycogen” ( a slightly more complex form) from your muscle tissue and your liver into more glucose so you can continue working. Most folks have enough stored glycogen for at least a couple of hours of work at this level. If you work harder…. If you get out of the aerobic “training” zone, then waste products will begin to build up faster than you can process them out, and you’ll start to experience pain and eventually be forced to stop. Now… If you’re working anaerobically…. Lifting weights, sprinting, etc….. Then you’re using the “fast-twitch” muscle fibers. These rely on a chemical reaction to function; the ATP/Creatine Phosphate reaction that requires no oxygen. At a maximum effort level, this is only good for about 10 seconds of work. Then you have to quit and let your body replenish the chemicals. There are some sub-types of fast-twitch fiber….That get involved more in “endurance” work, but they too function on that ATP/creatine cycle.During exercise, your body prioritizes blood flow to the muscles…. So digestion slows. That’s why it’s generally not a good idea to eat a big meal prior to an exercise session. You tend to heat up due to all that metabolism going on, so you sweat and breathe out water vapor as well… You loose a lot of water.
