All External Factor that influence Construction can be classified as Environmental Factors that affect Construction Industry. It includes everything outside the project - Climate, Materials, Technology, Location, Economy, Politics, Client and so on. The lesser the predictability of the Environment the more its effects on the Construction.

A PRODUCT market is the market for a final good or service, usually considered to be a consumer product. A FACTOR market is the market for something that is used in the production of a consumer product, not for the consumer product itself. For example, in the automobile market, the market for cars would be the product market, and the market for autoworkers (or steel) would be a factor market.

What does Internal Marketing mean?

Internal Marketing is when the company trains and/or provides education on its services, products and mission. As external marketing is for customers of the firm, internal marketing is for employees and other members of the firm.

An airline markets internally to its pilots, stewardesses, engineers, etc...about the status of the company, directives and beliefs needed to carry out the mission.

Explain and give examples of internal and external customers?

Internal customers are vendors, people who supply you with the goods you need to operate the business. External customers are the patrons off the street who buy your wares. If you own a restaurant vendors are the laundry for the tablecloths, the meat supplier, the fish monger etc. And of course the external customers are the diners.
