Facebook blocking and relationship status with a mutual friend?

Hi guys, wondering if anyone knows the answer to this Facebook question. I tried asking it on the Facebook help page a few months ago but got no answer. Here goes:

If "Kurt" and "Michael" are friends on Facebook, and "Anna" blocks Kurt, (meaning nothing about Anna would be visible to Kurt),

And then Anna and Michael put "in a relationship" with each other,

Can Kurt see that Michael is "in a relationship with Anna" because Kurt and Michael are Facebook friends? Or does it just say "Kurt is in a relationship" because Anna's stuff is blocked from Kurt?

Thoughts? If no one knows that's fair too haha. Thanks!

Why is Facebook blocked in China?

Because in China when people start to question the Government the government cracks down. Opponents are called terrorists, traitors and unpatriotic.

The state controlled media that supports the government 100% then begins to feed the masses with all sorts of stories about how the government is good and only wants to help. That the dissidents, are a danger to the country because they question the wisdom of the government.

To make this stick they have to block outside sources of information because they fear that the people will not just accept the media stories and instead decide to find out the truth for themselves.

Does Facebook blocking work both ways?

If someone has blocked me, I know I can't find tham at all. But that also mean that they can't see any of my activity, as long as they have me blocked?
(And why are some people so mean??? Rhetorical:/)

Something is blocking Facebook on my laptop?

Blocked from adding friends on Facebook?

They can still accept the requests you've already sent...cause you've already sent them, pretty much.
But, you get blocked from sending too many requests if too many people deny you or just don't respond.

Different levels of blocking on Facebook?

Long story short, I was in a long-distance relationship with my gf. We broke up, and tried to become friends but after I made my new relationship official on FB she flipped out and blocked me. By blocked I mean she no longer existed on FB, she didn't appear in my searchers, photos that I had tagged her in no longer had her tagged in them, when I looked up our mutual friends she didn't appear in their friends list, etc. She didn't exist on FB. I asked her if she had deleted it, she said no. But a couple weeks later she said she unblocked me to look at my profile, and there she was again. Another week goes by and she said she blocked me again because she didn't like seeing stuff about my new gf on there, but this time I can find her through searches, can see her profile (some basic information, her profile pic changes, etc.) but I know she has me blocked because I can't add her as a friend or anything. So my question is, are there two levels of blocking? How did she make her profile completely disappear from me without deleting/deactivating her FB (or maybe she did and lied to me?). I ask because there are people I'd also like to do this with.

Are there different types of facebook blocks?

No, there's only one kind of block. What it does is completely hide that person from you (and you from them). Do note, however, that just because someone disappeared doesn't mean they blocked you; they could have very easily deleted their account (as more and more people are doing these days). However, the "page does not exist" thing is a bug on Facebook's end. Please report it with a link to the profile on the page below:

Has anyone else had this problem with Facebook? Blocking account for sending requests?

I am really getting sick and tired of Facebook, I already don't care to use the site (Spotify is the only reason I won't deactivate it again), but this is getting ridiculous. I sent out 20 requests to people that I DO know. That I can remember -- 6 were friends from elementary to middle school, 8 were family members, and 3 were friends of my mom (1 who just met me and 2 who have known me since I've been in the world).

I tried to log onto Spotify and it wouldn't allow me, because Facebook had me blocked or whatever, because those specific people I requested either ignored my request, don't get on Facebook anymore (which appears to be the case for 90% of them), or didn't add me on the original account that I requested (some have multiple accounts and others forgot their first log in). Two or three of the accounts that FB claimed hadn't responded, did in fact accept me as friends... Whether I was removed or not from one of them, I don't know (the other deactivated and told me beforehand). Has anyone else experienced this? Was there a way to correct them or set everything straight to avoid future conflict?

I seriously had to stop and go... How in the hell can Facebook tell me who I do and don't know?
