I am narcoleptic so this is probably going to go against the grain of many peoples’ views.In Narcolepsy you do indeed go in to a very deep sleep, sometimes that can mean being difficult to be woken up by another person. You are not in a coma, just a very deep sleep. Where it does become a danger is if the patient is a convulsive narcoleptic. Not only is the sleep very deep they can’t break out of the seizure but more to the point they can suffocate as well; particularly if there is a lot of bedding. They may also choke on their own vomit.If you know a person is narcoleptic, particularly a child, there should be someone in the immediate vicinity to get them quickly. My boyfriend and I have been dating for 5 and 1/2 years now. I'm 23 and he's 26. We've lived together for 2 years. The first couple years of our relationship we had sex quite often. Overtime, the sex started to dwindle down to twice a week then once a week and now once a month? I've had open conversations with him about this before, and he swears he's not cheating but he hasn't been masturbating either. He always says he's just too tired. We both work full time, office jobs now and we've gained some weight since we first starting dating.. but I'm worried that he's not sexually attracted to me anymore. I don't try anything sexy to get him to have sex with me because I'm afraid of being rejected. Like I'm afraid that he'll just be genuinely tired and not really want to. And I feel like if he really wanted to have sex with me, he would come onto me first. So I always assume that if he doesn't come onto me, that it's because he's really tired and I don't want to force it on him. Over 30 no degree, career, or real job skills what should I do?

Hi, I'm in a rut, I'm 32 with no career stuck at working in retail just barley scraping by.
I don't have a college degree, I spent my 20s fixated on an illness that I never really had.
I am unable to apply for a grant because I never signed up for the selective service, in fact I didn't even know what that was up until a few years ago, my credit is really poor so I can't get student loans. I am always applying to different jobs online but never get any response because my skill set is limited. I have no wife or kids I pretty much live alone, I am forced to work for a company that I absolutely despise in order to survive, and even then it's barley enough. I feel like I have no future. I have contemplated suicide I really don't want to do that but what else is there for people like me?
