Fallout 3 Goty Operation Anchorage Broken Help

Rage, Fallout 3 or Borderlands?

Fallout 3 no doubt about it! Borderlands was a failure in my opinion, I still played it because I'm not going to waste $60 on it and not play it! I haven't played Rage but I highly doubt it can meet up to the standards of the Fallout series. Borderlands was a failure in my eyes; and Rage was a failure in many reviews, stating that it had one of the biggest letdowns at the end of the game in all time. I personally, never had any negative comments about Fallout 3 because of how fun it is overall and how many hours you can put into it. It's not 500 like Skyrim, but maybe 200.
I hope you pick the game you like the most and I hope I helped!

Difference between Fallout 3 and Game of the Year edition?

Fallout 3 is just as it sounds, regular game with no ad ons. Fallout 3 GOTY comes with five DLC packs -- The Pitt, Operation: Anchorage, Broken Steel, Point Lookout and Mothership Zeta.

What is the difference between "Fallout 3: game of the year edition" and "Fallout 3"?

Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition or Fallout 3 GOTY, is a rerelease of the original Fallout 3 after it was awarded game of the year. Fallout 3 GOTY also comes with all five DLC, or downloadable content.
If the store sells the original L4D and FO3 for 59.99, it is overpriced because thats how much you can get the GOTY for.
Hope I helped.

Is Fallout 3 better with the add ons or without the add ons?

With the add-ons.Operation: Anchorage and Mothership Zeta are the more “skippable” ones, but they’re still fun, the former explores on the pre-War world, and the latter adds quite a few items that should have had equivalents, such as Alien Epoxy.Point-Lookout provides a whole new map, and is even more of an exploration game than the main game. It’s only drawback is it’s tendency to disagree with common sense on the power of enemies (The Swampfolk tend to have quite a few damage bonuses just to make them more powerful, for instance), but you can get used to it.The Pitt actually manages to make a decent morally grey story, as opposed to the rest of the game’s black and white morality (Or black and grey at worst). It’s only catch is that it’s actual content is too short apart from the main questline.Broken Steel expands the storyline, somewhat shows the ramifications of the original main quest, and removes the poorly-written original ending.

Best Fallout 3 weapons and armors?

if you have the operation anchorage DLC, do that (no supplies or level skills needed) and at the end you will be rewarded with a ton of great gear along with the power armor training such as the Tb-51 armor (doesn't deteriate), chinese stealth armor (invisible when crouched), jingweis shocksword (powerful melee weapon), flamethrower, chinese assault rifle, etc.

Difference between "Game of the Year Edition" and regular version of Fallout 3?

The game of the year edition comes with all 5 of the dlc for fallout 3. That's broken steel, mothership zeta, operation anchorage, point lookout and the pitt included with the regular game. I think they are at least $10 each on there own so its cheaper just ot buy the game of the year edition.

Is The Fallout 3 DLC worth it?

I am planning on buying fallout 3 soon. My only problem is should i get the regular version for $14, or the GOTY edition for $40? Is all the DLC really worth $26? I have Oblivion GOTY edition and i loved the story but once i started the Shivering isles i got bored of the game and just quit.

In which order should you play the Fallout: New Vegas DLC?

There are level suggestions for each of the DLCsDead Money: 20Honest HeartsOld World Blues: 15Lonesome Road: 25In all of the DLCs, there are lots of items that you will want to collect and stats that you’ll need for dialogue. For the order, I would suggest going in the order of the level suggestionsHonest HeartsOld World BluesDead MoneyLonesome roadThis all depends on what level your character is at.One thing to take into consideration is just that Dead money, unlike the other 3, you cannot go back to after you have finished it. That means that you would want to be a high enough level with good stats before going in so that you can get everything you want before you are done. You will want stealth perks to help with your survival in the harsh environment you are introduced to. Perks like Scrounger, Silent running, Light step, rad absorption would help because of the small amounts of resources available. Having points invested in melee would help unless you are smart with the ammo you have found. I would say that light step is a must-have if you go into this DLC, there are so many traps everywhere that you’d break your characters legs more times than stimpacks you could find to fix them.Lonesome road has a suggested level of 25 because there are tough enemies and lots of very high stat requirements with its dialogue. The enemies have strong weapons and plenty of the buildings that are locked require 100 lockpicking skill to open.Old World Blues is full of laser weapons and some good melee weapons, that is not to say that there aren’t any guns. There are some high dialogues when talking to the scientists, but otherwise the enemies are not difficult.Honest Hearts has its own share of high level dialogue, but it is generally easier. There are plenty of ranger outposts for you to find ammo and weapons as well as caves with traps. You can do these DLCs in any order you want to. If your character is a high level (25 or higher) then I would say to do them in any order you want as the difficulty shouldn’t show as much. If you made a new character, I would say to progress through the DLCs as the level suggestions go.

How to repair the Neural Interface Suit on Fallout 3?

I've searched everywhere on the internet.....my neural interface suit is broken so now i cant enter the simulatin pod fr operation anchorage.......how can i get it repair so i can do this simulation.......i accidently wore it during combat and thats how it got broken (Xbox 360 version of Fallout 3 GOTY Limited Edition)

What is the best DLC in Fallout 3?

Short answer: Broken SteelBut you’re on Quora, so you’re getting a long one too. Quite honestly, Fallout 3 doesn’t have any bad dlc, but some are definitely worth more than others. I would definitely recommend GOTY edition to get the lot at a discount. Here’s my personal objective list of best to worst:Broken Steel - Extends the existing main questline beyond the ending with a solid finale, and solves a couple of stupid decisions in the base game (like why not send the radiation-immune ghoul/super-mutant/robot to press the on switch?!). New sidequests. New enemies. New perks. New weapons. New locations. Challenging late-game content. It’s all here.Point Lookout/The Pitt - Personally I enjoy the Pitt just a little more as I’m not the biggest fan of Point Lookouts lovecraftian themes (plus Auto-axes look amazing), but on the other hand Point Lookout defintiely has more content and variety. Both are worth your money.Mothership Zeta - Initially a lot of fun and certainly has its moments, but after a while you get bored of the samey environments and lack of enemy variety. There isn’t much to do outside of the admittedly lengthy main quest either, unlike the previously mentioned DLC.Operation Anchorage - The shortest DLC with the least side content of the bunch. Has some cool features (i.e. health/ammo stations/enemies derezz on death/loadouts/squad selection) due to its setting, starts off amazingly and probably has the best rewards of the lot, but ultimately there just isn’t enough to make it worth buying full price.
