False Id Fraud Because Of I Wont Give A Game

Fake ID at a baseball game?

Just go to a stand where there isn't a cop close buy. Try to get in a line with a younger looking guy. Middle aged women will card you, they take it more seriously.

If you get caught, you'll get thrown out and maybe arrested. Is it worth it? Buy a six pack and drink in the parking lot. $8 beers aren't worth the hassle.

Is it really against the law to use a false name online?

It is generally against the law everywhere to use a false name with the intent to defraud someone. And by defraud I mean to induce someone to surrender something of value in reliance on a misrepresentation. So if in a chat room I use the pseudonym “Ben Dover” to discuss a difficulty I am having with my boss at work, that would not be illegal. However, it might be prohibited by the forum’s T.O.S.On the other hand, if I contact the wealthy billionaire, Harry Hoople Henderson, claim to be Henry Hoople Henderson, a shirttail relative of his, and ask for a loan of $120,000 for my college education, then I am guilty of at least attempted theft by deception (if he saw through the ruse).

Is this an example of return fraud?

Who cares both are such large corp's they won't notice. The game most likely has the same UPC. People do this to Walmart all the time its why they only take 3 non-receipt returns per year.

Is it illegal to use a fake name?

I am so scared right now. Ok, so, I met this person and used my real last name but used a fake first name. I never gave them my real last name though, I only used the first initial of my last name. I just wanted to protect my identity of course. Well, my birthday is coming up and he wanted to get me something nice. I told him it's okay and that he didn't have to. I feel bad when peopel spend money on me. He did anyway though and sent me a gift card with some money on it. An E-Gift card that is. I need to tell him the truth and I know it because this has went too far. He sent me a gift card. I never used a fake picture by the way of someone real, I only used a fake first name. I'm scared though that he could press charges against me though and say I committed fraud since he took $20.00 out of his card to put on the gift card. What do I do? I'm so scared.

Is it illegal to use a fake credit card number and a name off a credit card generator on Amazon?

Hello evrybody,This is my first post in any forum and I hope that I help. I have benn searching this question in several forums and I can pretty much say that I saw answers that made me sick. There is that habit of people to judge without taking in the consideration the background of what they judge. They hurry to critsize without knowng anything. So listen, when you are about to write on a forum, consult the faq paragraph of the website you are about to call illegal. For the purposes of this answer I will use https://ccardgenerator.com/gener... as a reference, while I will be quoting things from that website. It clearly says on the section called “FAQs” that: “When we say Valid credit card number we are simply saying that the credit card number generated are valid ones because they follow all the rule formula to acquire a credit card number”. You may ask what does that mean. It means that by valid it means that it could be used in a credit card and be considered valid. It also says: “The name, address, expiration date, credit limit and etc. are completely random details which do not hold any real value.” What does that mean? It means that: THE CARD NUMBER BELONGS TO NOBODY. In such forums everyone suddenly became smart. I saw an answer like “FAKE=ILLEGAL so don’t do it!” Hey you! WAKE UP it is 2018 such websites would be down like by years. It is not that easy to steal money. Furthermore, it says: “All the provided details are DO NOT HOLD any real value.” Finally, in the question “Can I buy something with this?” the website clearly answers “No! Credit card generated do not hold any real value. They are completely made up and random. Unless you are using it for verification purposes then it could be used for that. Otherwise, it's a big no.” Those things with the exact same meaning just a bit changed are displayed through many credit-card-number-generators.Something more. Do me a favor: When you are about to judge something and you know that people depend on your answer, before you throw everything that comes of your stomach in an answer, PLEASE do a bit of research or DO NOT ANSWER AT ALL.Another friendly request: Do not depend on my answer and I do not take responsibilities for anything. I just cited facts.JUDGE BEFORE TALKINGCT

Should I trust human verification on a game hacking website?

Do not trust them!Back then I was a curious bunch. I spend afternoons using these websites. I wondering why the verification processes take a long time, so I decided to look at the source code (HTML & JavaScript). There is a several problem. All of the verification came from the same ad-service website. I’ve checked all of this kind of site. If you put this website add-on it will add “verification” which will redirect to ads.On the top and the bottom of the source code there is something like “This website is a mirror from xxxxx, create a website like this by this mirror tool blahblahblah”.Usually there is a step by step. Step 1–3 is asking how much credits do you want. Step 4 is the verification. And step 5 is when they give you the rewards after verification. But the problem is, when I look at the source code, the code stop until step 4. Basically the website will stop until you give verification. There is no step 5!.On the site that give code like “Your redeem code is 232–312-xxx. Insert your phone number and we will remove the xxx”. When I look at the JavaScript, turned out the code is a random number generator. Damn lies. And by these prove I deducted that all of those site fake. And the YouTube video showing the site work lies. How can it work if the source code isn’t complete.

Getting a tattoo done with a fake ID?

My sister told me she wants to get a tattoo done with a fake ID. She is turning 18 in late August and can't wait (when she wants something she gets very impatient and tries to do things herself). She is considering getting a fake ID! I have told her that is illegal and is fraud. She knows the consequences but thinks she should at least try... any tattoo artists out there or anyone with their stories?

Do tattoo artists REALLY suspect people with fake ID's? When I think of fake IDs, I think of underage drinking or trying to get into clubs - not necessarily a tattoo. She wants to get a fake ID from this guy I know who makes them extremely realistic with holograms that pass the blacklight test ($200). She actually emailed the tattoo parlor and "pretended" to be a concerned adult and asked about them...the manager said she is "certainly no expert" at identifying them and assume they would be "difficult to duplicate" due to the holograms. If her card is realistic enough, what are the chances she'd get caught... I'm just concerned and have told her the consequences but she never listens. Anyone have stories or advice? If you are a tattoo artist or owner, do you honestly really look at every ID carefully?
