Fantasy football wr vs rb?

Last night I participated in a mock draft (ten team) and had the 9th pick and the 11th pick in the draft. I selected Calvin Johnson and AJ Green respectively with those picks. Its that an alright strategy to snatch up the top two WR or are RB more important to get in those early rounds. The RBs I ended up with were MJD and Frank Gore. Let me know what you think. Is this a good strategy if I have those late round picks again?

Fantasy football RB help?

I would drop moore and pick up tim hightower and keep parker. Now that the season is almost over, and parker didn't play most of the season, then Parker will get the ball a lot and get touchdowns and yards. Keep Parker and think about dropping moore and pick either hightower or washington. Pick who you think is going to do better and pick who you think is going to get more carries. I would pick hightower since he will start and he will get more carries. Leon Washington won't get as much as carries he did last week b/c of Thomas Jones. So pick hightower and drop moore.

Week 12 fantasy football help. QB AND RB?

Right now I have zac Stacey, frank gore, and Donald brown but I was thinking about picking up Ben tate and dropping brown. Also who should I start cam newton or tony romo

In fantasy football, what is flex?

In standard leagues, the Flex position can be filled by any running back (RB), wide receiver (WR), or tight end (TE). For that reason it is denoted W/R/T on some sites. Some leagues will have, either in addition to or instead of the Flex position, a W/R spot that can only be filled by a WR or RB. This is functionally similar to the Flex spot because the TE position is much more shallow in terms of fantasy scoring than either WR or RB.

Fantasy Football help for this week with RB's (best answer given to first AND best one)?

Definitely Fargas - Oakland is going with him now
Lewis - had 4 tds last week but not many yards at all. Kind of a fluke game and now he's playing Pitt who has a tough D
Priest - splitting carries against the worst rush D in the NFL. you're taking a chance but I might go with him

What is the flex position in fantasy football?

The Flex position is one of the most valuable positions in the game. It is the only slot where you can start 3 different types of players. In standard leagues, an owner is allowed to play either a RB, WR, or TE.The best way to create value at the Flex position is to fill in all your one position slots (RB, WR, ect) and use the top player that is leftover. For example, if you have Mark Ingram and Spencer Ware as your starting running backs, Larry Fitzgerald, Dez Bryant as starting wide receivers, and Antonio Gates at your tight end, you could have players like Mike Wallace, Bilal Powell, or Jack Doyle on the bench. You would then choose Mike Wallace as your Flex if you believe he is the best out of the three.Hope this helps! Fantasy RB Help week 3?

i have my line up set, but i am still conflicted for who to put in at RB. I have 2 spots for RBs this week. My RB choices are as follows:

McGahee (BAL) vs (CLE)
Sprohles (SD) vs (MIA)
Benson (CIN) vs (PIT)
C. Williams (TB) vs (NYG)

i also have Marion Barber from Dallas, but he is injured so he is on my bench by default. I really like Mcgahees mathcup and i know he will get TDs this week against a horrible Cleveland D. I am iffy on sprohles this week, cause Miami let Indy only have the ball for 15mintes. if that happens i don't know if sprohles will factor in? For benson i am also iffy, i know he can rack up the points but against Pit i am not sure, although Pit might struggle for the next few weeks without Polamalu. I don't like Cadillac at all vs the Giants, cause the giants are great at run stopping, and weaker at pass defense. so any recommendations?

Fantasy RB help please?

i have CJ but i would love E. Graham against KC this week. Id say he is a must start

What is the zero RB fantasy football draft strategy?

Punt RB until the end and load up on high quality WR and QBs.The zero is pretty popular in Fantasy Baseball where people punt pitching until the end.I think the strategy is fine depending on the size of your league. If you are in a 14 team league, you might get crushed without at least one good RB to anchor your team….I’d also give this video a watch:Disclaimer: While I do enjoy playing fantasy I mostly don’t know anything about the actual sport or the teams. I go full on Money Ball just making my picks based on the stats and win from players who use their ‘gut’ fairly solidly. If you haven’t seen it already playing with something like this is pretty solid DFS Lineup Optimizer for DraftKings and FanDuel Daily Fantasy SportsThat’s not to say everyone likes it though. I mostly play with strangers for prize pools but I have a smaller league with friends mostly just for fun and they complain about my strategy because they think it takes the fun out of it.
