Given the countless shooting tragedies in the US, do you believe that the right to bear arms time has come and should be removed from the US Constitution?
Absolutely not. There is no rational justification to remove the right of people to defend themselves from evil by whatever means necessary. In 1990 there were nearly 20,000 homicides involving firearms per year, today it’s under 10,000, despite the fact that, on average, the FBI NICS Federal Background Check System has ran approximately 10–11 million checks for firearm purchases per year (the last decade that number is closer to 18 million, with a high around 21 million).The bigger takeaway is this. Take the same logic, and apply it to the 3rd Amendment. Not the First, not the 4th. The 3rd. “Because of all the shootings, we should repeal the 3rd Amendment to the United States Constitution.”Why the 3rd? What is the 3rd? That is the Amendment that prohibits the quartering of military soldiers in private homes. So should we just let the government start putting soldiers in random houses? I know what you’re thinking…”Yeah right, that is completely irrelevant.” But is it?The government would have an armed officer in your house who could report back to the government on everything you do (or don’t do). But it would protect you from armed intruders, so it’s worth it, right? If it saves just one life, would you give up that freedom? It’s guaranteed to protect you. A trained military person with his government issued machine gun/assault rifle living in your house.I wouldn’t give up my privacy for it, and I won’t give up my right to protect myself and my family, even if it means other people might die as a result. The fact is, everyone has an inherent right to survive. Fight or flight, kill or be killed. Call it what you want. Some people might run to survive, others will fight. And everyone has the right to defend themselves as effectively as they can. Limiting the tools to do that doesn’t make you more safe. Rather, it gives the advantage of force to those most willing and more physically capable.

If the parents agree he get’s it, if they don’t he doesn’t.They don’t hesitate in proposing girls or boys.They get presents from their relatives and parents on their birthdays or Christmas.Refunding and returning is not an issue there.Traffic rules are really strict there.Majority of beggars there either play music or show their talents roadside to earn money.Neither children nor parents are much emotionally attached to each other.They don’t care about politics of other countries.Marriage is not a big issue there.Indians-Unemployed people often reject jobs of salesman or waiters due to prestige issues.Parents are concerned about their children more than themselves.People make fun of professions with less salaries.Parents stick to their children at every phase of their life.Have to wear particular proper uniform to school.Divorce is considered a huge issue and society never accepts it.Average highly qualified engineer’s salary is less than ₹25,000.They get paid monthly.Parents beat their children if they don’t eat food.A small child demands something. and if they are, are there any conflicts with other people (like fisherman) to make the other people not want the manatees to be labeled as endangered. or they dont want them to be protected at all.
Was I right not to react when a guy threatened my girlfriend at a movie?
I went to see a movie at the theater over the weekend, and there was an African American guy in his 20's(I'm also in my 20's) who had his feet on the back of my girlfriend's seat and kept moving it. My girlfriend shook the seat a few times to hint to the guy for him to take his feet off the seat. We were still at the very beginning of the movie and after 3 times of her shaking the seat, the guy throws some popcorn on her head and tells her that he's going to "slap the **** out of her if she moves the seat again, and that this is his hood so watch out". We were both shocked and I immediately told my girlfriend that we were leaving, and I did not look at or say anything to the guy. We went to security and got a refund on our tickets. Although I was enraged that someone would talk that way so unjustly to my girlfriend, at the time of the incident I didn't feel like I should let this guy bring me into a fight by his ignorance. Also the theater had about 50% African Americans in it(the star of the movie is an African American).. and I wasn't sure if some of them might start attacking me if they saw me fighting with one of their own. Keep in mind, I bring up the fact that this guy and half the theater were African American only so you can understand what I was thinking at the time, I've met some African American people who are incredibly wonderful people.. so I'm not trying to stereotype them, but my brain also tells me that they tend to defend each other more so than other races even if one of their own was in the wrong. Although I feel fairly confident of the answer to my question, I'm curious what other people might think? A small part of me feels like I should have defended my girlfriend's honor, and it's been bothering me.... but at the same time at what price may it have cost, and who is he that I should even allow him to put my girlfriend and I into a dangerous situation?

So, I am not a Muslim or a Jew, but I try to follow the dietary restrictions of the Book of Deuteronomy. As such, I try to refrain from eating pork. For this reason, I bought some Jennie-o Turkey Italian sausage, but to my shock, the package said that the casing was porcine. My question is this: if I take off the casing before or after cooking the sausage, is it still unclean?
