They are starting to. If you look at the US employment stats for Dec 2017 to August 2018, you will see a slow down in employment growth for manufacturing, transport & storage (warehousing), wholesale & retail sales, since May. Mining & logging, and construction have not as yet, but they always follow the others for one simple reason. When employment improves, it takes time for workers to hold steady in a job before they can arrange borrowings to build or buy new homes. That lag is always around 3 to 6 months, which means construction starts and thus material supplies are always behind the manufacturing to retail flow of consumer goods. Likewise, when downturns begin, the manufacturing to retail sectors are always the front end of a fall in employment. It depends on the farmer...I'm all for farmers if they come with good character and other thinks often stereotyped as being homegrown and with good values...That said I know this isn't true of all farmers! Farmer are people, they like everyone else can be good, bad and in between. The can be honest and hardworking or complete liars and shysters...I think if you are a good person and you'll attract people regardless of you career choice! Best of Luck. P.S. Feeling depressed because girls dont care about me?
Hello. I'm 18 years old, I've been feeling a little depressed lately because it seems that all these girls around me have a a boyfriend and like some guy, but girls could care less about me. I'm a really nice guy, and I'm a farm boy worker, so I work hard and am not lazy, and I'm a old tradition style guy, wanting to provide for a family when I'm older. I just want a wife who loves me and cares for me, and am not looking for a "hot" or "stylish" girl, but a normal farm/country girl. I'm tall (6'5) and I'm OK looking, and I have good hygene and all that kind of stuff, so I'm not sure why girls just dont care about me. They seem to go for the emo style guys or Justin Beiber style guys, which they can do what they want, but dont any girls want a real man anymore? Ya know, a man who can fix his car (i'm going to school for auto mechanics also), can fix things around the house, does manly things, gets his hands dirty and greasy, etc. It seems girls like guys who act like girls, which I don't understand. Anyways, I'm just looking for a kind, sweet, caring country style girl who loves me. I don't think I'll ever find her, but what do you think? Its hard seeing freshman making out in the halls and boyfriends and girlfriends talking and caring for each other, and I'm a senior and I haven't even kissed a girl and I don't have any girl to talk to or protect or love, they just don't care about me.
