Do bounty hunters have the right to track and capture parole violators?

why would they? where's the money in that? sounds more like a vigilante.

I got US Visa but Visa officer said i m sevis violator. What to do at port of entry if immigration officer ask

SEVIS is the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System. It's used to track and monitor schools and programs, students, exchange visitors and their dependents throughout the duration of approved participation within the U.S. education system.

SEVP is the Student and Exchange Visitor Program. It collects, maintains and provides the information so that only legitimate foreign students or exchange visitors gain entry to the United States. The result is an easily accessible information system that provides timely information to the Department of State, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

The university you attended reported you to CIS as no longer being an active student when you failed to attend classes. There is no record of your departure from the United States.

You're going to have to prove to the CPB Officer at the port of entry that you left the United States in a timely manner when you stopped attending classes. If, for instance, these personal reasons you went back to Pakistan occurred months, or years, after you stopped attending class then you are most likely not admittable. In that case the CPB Officer will put you on a plane back to Pakistan and not allow you to enter the United States.

Can a parole officer give you a violation for being late for curfew when you were home, but didn't hear the door?

Let’s clear one thing up. Parole officers do not “give you a violation.”*You* are either in violation or not. So if the officer goes to your door and you do not answer, you are in violation. It’s not them deciding whether to “violate you,” the fact is, you are in violation. Can your parole be revoked? That depends on the terms of your parole. Some offenders need closer supervision and most officers will try to supervise you at the lowest level necessary in order to give you a chance to do what you are supposed to do. But if you “don’t hear the door,” you are violating your terms and conditions and you are wasting the Court’s and the State’s time and money by not answering. Parole is a grant. It is not a right. It is up to the parolee to do what is necessary to show the Court that they can function under the terms and conditions they agreed to. If they cannot, the Court owes it to the community (a victim of the parolee and a stakeholder in this process) to revoke parole. If you do not hear the door very well, get a wireless door bell. They are loud and can be heard wherever you cannot hear a knock. Come up with a plan before hand, so your parole officer doesn’t have to track you down.

How does Quora handle anonymous BNBR violators?

Basically, it doesn’t.The most it can possibly do is to evaluate reports (eventually) and (maybe) remove the content if it decides it’s a BN/BR violation. In the meantime, the downvote that comes with a report means it might be shown to fewer people… or maybe not. The feed algorithm is magic.Once they do decide to do something, removing the offending content is the only option they have. They deliberately designed it so that no power on earth can track the content to the offender. They don’t even have the ability to notify the person that their content was removed. The anonymity is intended to be truly anonymous. You might think that such a potent capability would be met with a pretty high bar before they post such content at all. Which is what we were promised when they rolled it out. And so it goes.

How can the USCIS track my illegal work during an F1 visa stay? If I receive a check from someone, can USCIS track that? Will USCIS track my bank account?

Huy Nguyen 's answer is great.I'll just add that another way for them to find out is by someone reporting you. Let's say you do some under-the-table work for a neighbor, and another neighbor sees you doing it, knows (or even suspects) that you are an alien without the right to work, and reports you. At that point, if the USCIS thinks it's credible, they may do further investigating including checking your banking account. It may seem really unlikely, but the risk is definitely there. My husband is an immigrant and while most people are accepting and welcoming of him, we've definitely experienced a few instances of discrimination and suspicions of him due to his nationality in cases of finding housing, for example. All it would take is one nosy person who has strong negative feelings about immigration to expose you. Do you really want to take the risk? I don't think it's worth it.

If I took my license plates off, can I use toll roads for free and if so will I get caught?

I can only speak for the state of Illinois, home of an Open Road Toll booth every 5 miles or so. If you did this, you would get away with it-for a small amount of time.Every time you go through an Open Road Toll booth in IL, an extremely expensive hi-def camera takes a picture of your car (front and rear) if you don’t have an Open Road Toll transponder (IPASS). That’s not a big deal, because it’s not illegal to drive through an Open Road Toll booth without a transponder. A lot of people do it everyday because they are from out of state and didn’t know about the toll booth or they didn’t have any cash. You have 7 days from the day you drive through one to pay the toll online. If you do not pay, you WILL get a ticket sent to the address that the car is registered to for the toll and a $20 fine.If the car has no plates and constantly does this, someone will check all of the Open Road Tolling cameras and all of the toll road’s ‘traffic’ cameras that are set up, looking for that particular car and determining it’s usage pattern and color, make and model of the car, plus a detailed description of the driver (yes, the cameras are THAT good). They will detail where it gets on and off the toll road, what time it uses the toll road, how many times a week it uses the toll road, etc. This information will then be provided to the Illinois State Police, whose number one priority is to generate revenue for the state of Illinois, and they will find you. When they do find you, you will probably be arrested for purposely avoiding payment of tolls. You will be ticketed for no plates. Your car will be impounded. All of that will cost you at least $1000 to rectify, but then you will still have the toll violations to deal with, and possibly criminal charges for avoiding the tolls willfully. The state of Illinois takes its toll money very seriously. A trip to my mom’s house, which is about 60 miles away, costs about $12 in tolls. All of the expressways leading into Chicago from the western and northern suburbs are toll roads. All expressways leading to the airport are toll roads. The state will not tolerate some clown trying to be smart. This isn’t even taking the every day hassles you will receive from local police for not having plates into consideration…

Depeche Mode: "Music For the Masses" or "Violator"?

I would have to go with Violator... that was their Led Zeppelin IV, their Joshua Tree... Violator made them rock stars the world over and elevated them from being some kind of synthesized sub-culture band. The songs on Violator are exceptional from beginning to end... Music for the Masses is great but a bit more spotty for my taste. The great thing about DM is that there are stellar tracks on all of their releases and even today they but out great stuff... Personally, for me, Songs of Faith and Devotion is my favorite DM record because I love the songs "In Your Room", "Walking in My Shoes", so much... they really have had quite a career and I like all their stuff. Violator is the release that I use to separate the phases of the band... Pre-Violator and Post Violator.

Will i get a ticket? I accidentally went on the bay bridge fastrack/carpool lane!!?

Yes, you will. When you pass through a toll lane without paying the toll, an image of your vehicle is captured. A violation notice is sent to the vehicle’s registered owner within 21 days of the toll violation at the address on file with the Department of Motor Vehicles. The notice requests payment for the toll amount and an additional $25 penalty.

However, good news: if you are a first-time toll violator, you can have your penalty dismissed by opening a FasTrak account:
https://www.bayareafastrak.org/dynamic/v...

It's really easy to open one. You give them a deposit that goes on your running tab. It's really worth it to have one if you travel any of the bridges in the Bay Area with regularity.

How long does the FAA take to charge you of a violation?

if you violate a FAR, such as busting class B airspace, how long does the FAA take to notify that you are in violation and that they may take action against you?
