Fear Of Fainting During Chorus

Why do choral singers often faint while performing?

those who have answered with locked knees and improper breathing are right.
When we lock our knees, we cut down the circulation to our legs and lower body, where most of the strength of singing ought to come from. Without that sort of body balance, it's no wonder the brain does a quick shut-down-and-restart maneuver like fainting.
Locking your knees also throws your whole body out of alignment, so , even if you are thinking you are breathing properly, it's not effective enough.
Yes, adrenaline and endorphins are produced while singing ( part of what makes singing so much fun)but neither of these two sorts of natural body chemicals will cause the faints.
it helps to remind yourself to be springy at the knees, and occasionally bend or flex one or the other knee. Ideally when you are not singing, and in such an unobtrusive manner that no one else will ever notice it.
for those who stand in the back rows, no big problem.. For you front row people, just go slow and steady!

Good Song Lyrics About Your Life Getting Better?!?

What is the meaning of the Dheevara song from the Bahubali movie?

The chorus of this song uses the shlokas taken from Sundarkand of Ramayana. It is a series of Sanskrit shlokas recited by Jambavant to Hanuman to remind Him of his true potential.1. Dhivara, prasara shourya bhaara: The brave persevering one, your bravery is taking you forward. 2. Uthsara, sthira gambheera: The one who is leaping higher and higher, who is firm and stable and seriously determined.3. Ugrama, asama shourya bhaava: He is strong, and without an equal in the ability/mentality to fight 4. Roudrama, nava bheetirma: His anger will cause new fears (in his foes).5. Vijita ripu rudhira dhaara, kalitara shikhara kathora: This is a complex expression seen only in Indic language poetry. The poet is stating that Shivudu is experiencing the intensity of climbing a tough peak, and likening it to the feeling in a hard battle, when you see your enemy defeated, and blood flowing like a rivulet. This is classical Veera rasa. 6. Kulakutara kulita gambheera, jaya virat veera: His rough body itself is like a sharp weapon (because he is determined to win). Hail this complete hero of the world. 7. Vilaya gagana tala bheekara, gharjjhadvaara haraa: The hero is destructive in the air/sky as well (because he can leap at an enemy from a great height). He can defeat the enemy (simply) with his fearsome roar of war. 8. Hridaya rasa kaasaara, vijita madhu paara haara: The poet is saying that he might have been a ferocious warrior (against the mountain) till now, but after his victory, he will become soft hearted. 9. Bhayadaram shav, Vibhava Sindhu: These final lines are a form of shanti mantra to calm down his excited warrior state of mind. Killer of fear (form of shiva and Shakti together), Ocean of wealth 10. Supara dhangam, bharana randhi: Now content after reaching his goal (end of a tough journey), and that his battle is now over, troubles or injuries are going away

Do you have any kind of phobia?

Blood Injury Phobia(Hemophobia)Hemophobia is the fear of Blood.I have so many incidents by this Phobia. Whenever I see blood infact not mine blood, someone else blood also fainted me. Let me tell you 1 incident that happened to me recently - - -So this happened 2–3months before when I was doing my workout. It was normal day as usual I wake up 6 in the morning, brushed my teeth an just went for my workout session. Tuesday was my triceps day so I started with 5kG of dumbells and started my session. After 0.5 hours when I started some putting some more weights, I saw a man laying next to me started his chest exercises by Bench press then suddenly his dumbells falls from his hand and he had a major issue in his fingers and nails, he breaked his nails and he just freaked out. Then our trainer ran towards him and give him the first aid. I was normal at that time until I saw 4–5 drops of blood on the floor. That time I know I am going to be screwed , my blood pressure goes high and all I have sudden rotation on my head. I just sat on the stool to be calm and normal, In the next second everything goes black and I fainted.Everyone is just watching the other guy and now I had created an another to watch over me. After 2–3min I woke up by trainer, he gives me glass of water and a 2–3 banana and said that you are alright, no need to be worry. Seriously that was an awful day.So that is the whole case for Hemophobia for me. Thanks to my trainer who helps me. I really don't know how to overcome this fear of Blood, I tried so many of times but I fail everytime. To overcome I usually go to donate my blood every 3 months to become familiar with blood, but my fear always wins :(Image Source : Googleblood Phobia - Google Search
