Feel So Dizzy Everytime I Move My Head Eye Pain And Feverish Feeling Because Of Adderall

I am feeling and hearing weird whooshing / pulsing in my head and having staticky shock feelings in my body; could this be related to quitting Zoloft?

Zoloft, also known as Sertraline, is known as an SSRI, or "Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitor."  What this does overall is raise concentrations of Serotonin in your brain.  By abruptly stopping this inhibition, your brain will experience an abrupt change to lower concentrations of Serotonin in your brain.  And this can have many side effects.  Hearing the whoosing / pulsing in your head is probably hearing your own blood and heartbeat.  Since Serotonin acts as a vasoconstrictor (tightens blood vessels) in the brain, this reduces blood flow and lowers blood pressure.  When there are lower levels of Serotonin, especially abrupt lowering, the compensation could be large dilation of your brain blood vessels, increased blood flow and therefore blood pressure.    The Shocking / Tingling sensation is likely a common symptom of the withdrawal condition known paresthesia.  Overall, there is a known condition known as SSRI Discontinuation Syndrome, in which you maybe experiencing the withdrawal symptoms of a lack of Serotonin. The most common symptoms include:Dizziness , Vivid Dreams , Fatigue , Nausea , Headache , Anxiety / Agitation , Paresthesia , Insomnia , Diarrhea , and Fever. You might also notice trouble in "thinking clearly" (cognitive deficits).  The severity of these symptoms is often linked to the abruptness of discontinuation, which is why many doctors recommend tapering off (gradually reducing the dose) of the medicine.Hope this helped and consider speaking to your prescribing doctor about your symptoms and what is the best course of action.  Also a natural and healthy way to increase your serotonin levels is with regular exercise, may help you feel better and may reduce some of your withdrawal symptoms.

How do you feel when you've taken too much Ritalin or Concerta?

I am very stupid, cannot articulate my emotions and sentences. Very immersed in myself while ignoring others. I have problems with falling asleep. Crash will be rude and not merciful. My limit of normal well-being is 54 mg, everything, what is higher than this, kills me.Regarding Ritalin… I used it two year ago, but it was not something very pleasant. I was thinking that 30–50 mg per once is okay, although this regime of intake had forced me to be depressed and suicidal. Then recovery took 1 year to recreate my imbalance of dopamine. Do not overdo your prescribed dosage, it is not something very good in the long-term.By the way, I am able to notice that methylphenidate somewhat impairs my working memory while giving me good focus. Despite non-FDA approved status of modafinil, I can assure you it is much better for working memory than methylphenidate. Of course, attention is not so highlighted with modafinil as I would like it to be.

I've been taking Phentermine for the past 2 months. I have been off of it for 3 days and am now so tired. What are the withdrawal symptoms and how long do they last?

The good news is that you are on your way through the withdrawal symptoms. You should also be through the worst or almost through the worst, most intense part of the withdrawal symptoms, especially fatigue. When you stop taking Phentermine, or any stimulant, you are likely going to experience fatigue, weight gain, insomnia(ability to sleep at night), and low mood. The fatigue should start getting better. Phentermine is a central nervous system stimulant so it should be expected that when you quit taking it you will experience fatigue while your body adjusts. Since it has been a few days you should notice the levels of fatigue lessening. I have not taken Phentermine but have taken other prescribed stimulants for Narcolepsy and the level of fatigue and daytime sleepiness dramatically increases when quitting. With the medication I was on it took 1-2 weeks to get through the worst of the rebound fatigue. I was sleeping approximately 18 or more hours a day for the first week and then things improved some. Keep in mind I have narcolepsy so it shouldn't be as extreme for you. Weight gain will unfortunately probably happen as well. Weight gain, in my opinion, should be expected more at first while you are getting through the withdrawal symptoms and feeling fatigued and not moving around and exercising. Your appetite will most likely come back as well since Phentermine and other stimulants suppress appetite. If you make a serious effort to continue exercising as soon as the fatigue fades you can dramatically lower the chances and the amount of weight gain. You will also need to work hard to control your diet.Insomnia may be experienced for a short while after stopping Phentermine. While you are sleeping more during the day you will likely sleep less at night. Depression is said to cause insomnia as well. The chemicals in your brain readjusting and leveling out could cause one or both, or if your lucky neither!Your mood could be flat, or you may feel down because your brain is adjusting to the lack of Phentermine and because of the fatigue you are experiencing. Lack of energy, and Phentermine is a stimulant, will typically make anyone not feel as happy go lucky.I believe you will be feeling better everyday. Drink a lot of water! The first week will likely be the worst. You should be feeling back to normal again, withdrawal symptom free within 2 weeks to a month in my non-medical opinion.I hope that helps and I wish you the best of luck!

How do you know when crystal meth is fake?

It has a taste to it that a user would know. It's hard to describe. The best indicator is when you don't get high. Trust and believe if you buy from street dealers especially black people (not all) but most you'll get ripped off. I'm not racist I'm just being reaI. I lived in San Diego & LA and alot of the black dealers don't understand the concept of repeat business, it comes from good product and customer service and not robbing you or cutting it way to hard. Always stepping over dollars to pick up nickels. Find a good connect through someone you know that can recommend them and show them respect and that you're a solid dude and not a sketchy weirdo that can't be trusted and that's that.

What is it like to be intoxicated with methamphetamine?

Most speed-type drugs have very similar effects. In my experience, meth is stronger, but shorter lived high compared to powder amphetamines. This is just a rough comparison, since the diversity of speed-like drugs I've done have shown me how inconsistent these drugs can be. Unless you have a very steady hookup, you'll find that different 'cuts' of these drugs can lead to very different highs. My rule of thumb with these drugs was usually that I needed three days to do them. 1-2 days of getting high and staying up, then at least a full day of recovery and sleep to get back to normal. With meth, this timeline could be scaled down a little since the drug appears to leave your system more quickly. One line of powder speed means a minimum of 15+ hours awake (for me), wheres with meth it might be more like 6-12 hours. I have taken speed three ways - snorting, smoking and swallowing. I never injected. The form of consumption has an impact on the high, especially in the short term. Smoking was the most effective at bringing a strong, fast high, though it would quickly diminish in intensity. As for the high itself, I think you can read plenty about this online. It increases your heart rate and makes you feel energetic, focused and happy. And talkative. VERY talkative. And it keeps you up for hours upon hours. And it makes you want to do more! You can't sleep, you have no appetite and you'll barely even think to drink water. All in all, it is a blast and by far my favorite 'high'. It also has the worst come down of any drug I have done, and can completely ravage your mind and body in the course of one weekend. You can feel normal again in a day or so, but if you use constantly that ravaged feel becomes a permanent state, and you start to resemble a caricature of a meth head. By that point, you are also likely very addicted.
