Should I go to school on 3 hours of sleep?

I wouldn't go, school is a terrible experience with little to no sleep. I went after doing an all-nighter once, not going to lie i drank 3 energy drinks that morning before i go there. I was in such a weird mood all day. Going from happy to sad to hyper to tired, it was a bad experience..

I have to wake up for school in an hour?

If you fall asleep you will just wake up even more tired. So just stay up and have coffee before you go to school. Then come home and have a nap. And what school starts that early?! That's crazy, that should be illegal! Also if you get super tired at school, just tell them you feel really sick and go home. If you look tired you probably look sick too. Then cause you're "sick" you will have an excuse to sleep when you get home.

What are some ways to get sick in 12 hours or less?

Speaking from personal experience, it is surprisingly easy. Now, you might want to get sick for many different reasons. The best reason is that you don’t feal safe wherever you have to go. I have a friend that did that. So, from what I know:1 Think sickly. To fake sickness, you must think sickly. Have low self esteem, no motive to do anything, and be very mopey and tired but DO NOT SLEEP!2 Do not sleep. A lack of sleep can make you more tired and restless and in some cases, actually sick. This works wonders.3 Partially eat a snack. Go to the kitchen or dining room, get a small snack that you like, and slowly eat it. As you go on, start eating slower and slower, prodding at your food. Once you’ve eaten about 1/3rd of your snack, throw it away.4 Seem deppressed and mopey. If someone asks you why you don’t seem to feel well, you’re doing something right. Also, respond with a quiet, tired, dull “I dunno.” It always works.5 Hurt yourself. Hurting yourself to an extent can make you look very sick, and I do NOT recommend hurting yourself extensively.6 Be sloth-like and clumsy. Occasionally tripping over yourself and dropping things and just being slow and limpy and corpse-ey makes you look incredibly out of it. When I saw corpse-ey, I mean moving almost as if you’re a zombie. Lazily shuffle your feet, hunch your head over, and have a limp. This makes it seem very realistic.7 Give yourself a headache. Pretty much, try to read a book on statistics or general relativity in the dark. That easily gives most people headaches.I hoped my guide helped you. I do understand that sometimes people really need to fake being sick. I understand.

Should I go on this school trip?

Hey,
My class is taking a trip to Washington DC. I have severe anxiety and a vomit phobia, as well as celiac disease (gluten allergy). I’m afriad of many things that will happen on this trip. Bus sickness (it’s a 2 1/2 hour ride), having a panic attack and my parents not really being able to get me, vomiting in general, my food situation (not being able to eat gluten), and it’s an overnight trip (only one night) so it’s not like I’m going home hat day. I’ve known my class for a while and I love them, but I just have a lot of concerns. The trip is on Wednesday and it is now Monday. My parents and my therapist both said it would be a good challenge for me, but it’s my decision. I want to go, but I’m very worried. I miss a LOT of school trips, and I feel bad about that. Any feed back? Thank you very much.

You should read about detox. Especially Arnold Ehrets books. They are very strange and not 100% correct but in essence his writigs are the most acurate as to fasting and true detox.

You need far more sleep than that. 9 hours would be great. And as for your hunger, that is a normal sign that your body is giving you. The worst thing you could do is eat a heavy breakfast, do not eat animal products for breakfast nor grains. You should eat only fruit, and as much as you care for. This will aid your detox instead of halt it like the normal fair will and you will have improved energy from the simple sugars(the best source of carbohydrates for man). And never let anyone tell you that fruit sugar is bad for you. In no way is it similar to refined sugar! Dont drink soda or coffee, stay far away from stimulants! Carb up with fruit and hydrate. Minimize your intake of fat and animal protein. Get your protein from greens and fruit and your small amount of RAW fat from nuts like brazil nuts and chia seeds. Get some bee pollen! Now foods spiraling may help to. Eat real foods from nature and only whole foods.

I'm sick, & don't want to go to school tomorrow?

Listen, it's a cold and you don't need to grow up (according to someone who answered.) If you're sick, just simply stay home. I'm might be staying home for a second time. Doesn't mean I need to grow up. Plus, it's best if you stay away from school, if you're sick, you most importantly need your rest :)
