Constipation/ lower abdomen pain?

I’ve been having lower abdomen pain/constipation for the past 3 days I drank lots of water and I was able to go to twice, but my lower pelvic still hurts. It’s like a pressure and fullness feeling. I was worried of not being able to poop, but again I managed to pass a stool or two, but I still feel a little constipated and pressure and fullness down there.


Would a laxative help relieve these symptoms?

i have a feeling this could either be, pregnancy, appendix problems, or PIV (because I had chlamydia 2 months ago but I got treated for it)

I am experiencing pain in my lower abdomen, it hurts to walk and make sudden movements. Its been like this for 2 days and yesterday I was throwing up. It hurts to touch my lower part of the stomach on the left and right side. I have no fever but am in a lot of pain. my parents wont take me to doctors or hospital because they think I'll get over it by tomorrow, but it really doesn't feel like it's going away and I've been laying down all day so to try and easen the pain.
Anyone experienced this or know what it is?? thankyou.

Lower Abdominal pain after sit ups?

It's because they're not used to being exercised. I think you are overdoing it for "just starting out". What I did was I started with 10 reps a day, 5 when I got up, 5 before bed, followed by 5 press ups to strengthen the upper body and shoulders, then on the next day I did no exercise apart from Cardio (At least 30 minutes on Trampoline, Bicycle, Running etc.) to let the muscles rest and rebuild, then on the next day I found I could do up to 10 sit-ups and 10 press ups, which I did, 10 in the morning, 10 before bed. Then the next day I did some more Cardio and allowed the muscles to rest and rebuild. The next day I found I could do up to 15 sit-ups and press ups, so I repeated in the morning and before bed, the next day I did more Cardio, and after repeating this process, I can do up to 40 sit-ups straight, 20 press ups straight, and 60 bicycle reps straight. So, just eat good things, like fruit, yoghurt and eggs, and avoid crisps and coke. Then just allow your muscles to get into the regime and work them hard for a day, let them rest the next so they can rebuild and be stronger the next for more exercise; this not only increases your stamina, but it makes sure you don't overwork them like you did, you don't get six-pack abs from doing 1,000 sit-ups, you get them by working your abs, leaving them to rebuild, working them again and repeating the process until they are strong - then your diet and cardio help burn off the fat. Weight lifting also helps to burn more calories and reduce the fat on that belly without getting too much muscle like all the big body builders.

I am pregnant with lower abdominal pain...?

Your tendons and ligaments are stretching and there is added weight on top of your abdomen however if it's making you worry, and you don't feel comfortable waiting a week to go to the doctors then go to urgent care or the ER just to make sure everything is going ok. good luck, and hope everything is going to be fine.

Sharp, shooting pains on either side of your stomach may result from the stretching tissue supporting your growing uterus. These pains may also travel down your thigh and into your leg.

Recommendations:
1. Change your position or activity until you are comfortable; avoid sharp turns or movements.
2. If you have a sudden pain in your abdomen, bend forward to the point of pain to relieve tension and relax the tissue.
3. Apply a hot water bottle, heating pad, or take a warm bath or shower.
4. Try massage.
5. Make sure you are getting enough fluids.
6. Take Tylenol (acetaminophen), occasionally.

Contact your doctor if the pain is severe or constant or if you are less than 36 weeks pregnant and you have signs of labor.
