Feeling Nauseas Why

I always feel like throwing up / nauseous? why??

Water?? R u dehydrated??

Expecting your digestive system to digest food and transport essential vitamins and nutrients with no water in your system is an extremely huge ask ............ Water is imperative to life. Without water your body will have a terrible time breathing, digesting food, transporting nutrients, lubricating your joint sockets etc.etc.etc.etc......... nothing substitutes for water. your body needs at least 2 - 3 litres of water daily to function efficiently Geez, we need at least 2 litres daily just to maintain aspiration (to breathe)!! so drink up buddy ♥

Increase your intake of fresh filtered water 20 minutes before or after meals so as to enhance digestion rather than interfere with it ............... if you drink fluids during your meals it will only serve to dilute your digestive juices and hinder digestion ♥

also, try to cut back on drinks such as coffee, tea, alcohol, sodas and soft drinks (if you drink any of them) which will all do great job of dehydrating you. ie: just 1 can of soda or soft drink will make your body peesh out up to 12 cups of water !!! 1 cup of coffee will make your body peesh out about 2 cups of water ........... read the book by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.... "Your body's many cries for water"...... an astounding and scary and very true read.

Some of the symptoms of dehydration are puffy bags under your eyes, dark circles under your eyes, headaches and migraines and constipation and bloating and cramping and foggy thinking..... :0)

Another possible reason for feeling nauseous is being deficient in vitamin B6 ........ eat more foods rich in this vitamin ie ~ liver, fish, cantaloupe, cabbage, blackstrap molasses, unmillled rice eggs, peanuts, walnuts......... this diagnosis would make sense too as for the effective assimilation of your iron supplies you need vitamin B12, B6, calcium and vitamin D ........... sooooo, are you suffering symptoms of iron deficiency anemia too?? ie ~ fatigue and exhaustion (that you are), dizzy spells and loss of balance, headaches and migraines, paleness of skin?? eat more foods rich in iron and take a multi B complex supplement and pump up your intake of foods rich in calcium and vitamin D ie ~ cold water fishes such as salmon and sardines ... ;0)

hope this helps you♥

Why do I feel nauseous when I'm hungry?

I agree with the other answer. You can’t totally understand what is going on and until the problem is discovered. In my case, eating too much of the wrong foods triggered nausea. That when I found out that when my glucose went up too high I would feel ill. Simple fix. It can be a precursor to diabetes. Still, you won’t know until and unless you see a doc and have some tests.

Why do I feel so hungry that I feel nauseous?

If you really feel nauseous, and not just really hungry...my guess would be because your diet isn't clean *or clean enough*.All the fried food or candy that's been stored in your fat or where ever is probably starting to be pulled out, and because it's not safely tucked away anymore, your body probably doesn't really want to process it, but doesn't have a choice because you don't have any food in your stomach... it's making you feel sick.I know this happens to some strictly soda/juice drinkers... when they finally drink water, they're not used to things actually moving around. So toxins start to stir, which makes them feel nauseous. That'd be my first guess.

Why do I feel nauseous just before I sneeze?

Sometimes I will feel a sudden wave of nausea, so bad that I think I'm going to throw up, but then I sneeze and the feeling goes away. This is only since after my pregnancy (my son is 18 months now), and usually only when I'm hungry.

Why do I feel nauseous when I’m really tired?

The brain tries its best to be economical in distributing energy needed for different functions of the body. When you're keeping yourself awake despite being tired, your body has to keep functioning on a very low amount of energy. Like a good monarch, the brain needs to decide where resources are needed the most which in this case is keeping you from collapsing. Digestion is no longer a priority. Less blood is being sent that way, which is why you experience nausea. It's very similar to anxiety evoking situations (or indeed life threatening situations) - the brain registeres the presence of danger, increases the heart rate which pumps more blood through the muscles, prioritising it over any other activity and preparing you for a fight or flight response.

Why does toothpaste make you feel nauseous?

Call your dentist and ask. It's possible there is an ingredient that may be causing the nausea. Call the 800 number on the package or look up the situation online. You may be allergic to a particular ingredient. Make sure that the toothpaste isn't counterfeit.

Nausea can also be caused by swallowing small amounts of toothpaste. If you can't reach your dentist, contact your pharmacist or doctor and ask.
