Is it bad to not feel pain after a day of working out?

You really shouldn’t feel any pain after working out. Pain is bad. Soreness, however, is fine. If you don’t feel sore the day after, there could be a couple of reasons.First, you haven’t waited long enough yet. Most of the time, I feel sore around 24 hours after I workout but sometimes the soreness doesn’t hit until the 2nd day. It could take up to 72 hours to feel the soreness sometimes.Another reason might be because you didn’t workout hard enough or long enough. This isn’t to say that you didn’t workout intensely. It could just mean that you’ve done the workout frequently enough that your muscles are used to it and have gotten strong enough where that same workout doesn’t make those muscles sore anymore. Your muscles get sore when you do exercises its not used to or when you increase the intensity. If this is the case, change up your routine by either doing different exercises or changing the rep range and weights you’re using. Here’s a good article about muscle soreness you might be interested in: What Causes Muscle Soreness After Exercising (Note: It’s Not Lactic Acid)

How can I feel and smell clean after working out and not showering?

I use these if I can’t shower right away. They smell great and don’t leave a residue on your skin. I bought a box for my mom after she had a surgery. She couldn’t shower for 3 days after so she used these. I love them.

Is it good to feel sore after working out?

Today I did 40 minutes of aerobics and then I walked 2 and a half miles! And now my legs, shoulders, and abs are feeling really sore! Does it mean that I worked my body to hard? Do I need to slow down?
Or Is it a good thing?does it mean that my workouts are actually working?

Why do i feel nausea after working out?

First of all, if your stomach exercises are intended to reduce belly fat, it will not work. Doing specific exercises in order to target fat loss from one particular body part does not work, even though many people believe it does. This is the myth of "spot reduction", and has been proven wrong time and time again.

Second, if you are doing all these stomach exercises to get a six pack, you need to recognize that visible abdominal muscularity is mostly due to low body fat, not big ab muscles. In other words, the road to a six pack lies in the kitchen, not the gym.

Lastly, nausea is a well known symptom of performing extreme anaerobic exercise. There are even some gung-ho weightlifters who regularly work out to the point of throwing up. (Arnold Schwarzenegger mentioned that he had thrown up multiple times during workouts in the documentary "Pumping Iron".) I would suggest turning down the intensity of your workouts a notch. You can do this by reducing the amount of resistance you are working against, and also by increasing the rest times between sets. In time, as you become more physically fit, you may find that you can increase your intensity and will no longer become nauseous. Regularly getting nauseous and/or throwing up is not healthy.

Exercise: I feel tired and ready to sleep after working out. Does exercise really energise you?

It simply means one of the following:You burned out the glycogen stores in your muscles and/or liver. You lost a lot of electrolytes (potassium, calcium, sodium) through sweat. Here’s what you can do:Eat a banana, get a protein shake etc. - anything quick, but not too heavy on calories and carbohydrates. Just enough to help you recover and get back on feet. Also would recommend to take some BCAA - branched chain amino acids (10g) before workout, they will provide energy and covert to some glucose. As well as prevent losing lean mass while overreaching. As for electrolytes, would recommend taking a tab and dissolving in water while exercising. Some good brands (no affiliation): Nuun, High5 etc. Alternatively take a pinch of hymalyan mineral salt (pink colour) in the bottle of waterHope this helps
