Feeling Really Depressed

Im feeling really depressed what shall i do?

I recently had my 3rd miscarriage and have conditions that decrease my chance of conceiving and carrying a child. I dont feel that anyone listens and feel very alone all of a sudden. I cry myself to sleep most nights and I feel like my heart is being ripped out my chest some days. I have recently started feeling that i would be so much happier and calmer if i died, but i dont feel like i would do anything to halm myself. I am so confused and dont know what to do for the best. Ivisited my gp last week he saw how upset i was but only gave me a 2 week sick note for work. I feel helpless, worthless and have a constant migraine. What shall i do

What do you do when you're feeling really depressed and you don't feel like bothering your friends?

Oh of course, there are times when you feel this way. You think people won't understand you or maybe they'll judge you. What I do is, I write it out. I would say that you should keep a personal dairy and write every single thing that upsets you or agitates you.  If not keep a dairy, take a sheet of paper, write out your feelings as if you are telling it to someone and then throw that sheet. You will definitely feel better. :)

I got rejected, feeling really depressed. I'm 15?

Yesterday while going to my friends bowling party i asked a girl out for the first time, i asked yahoo and everyone said go for it. So i asked her after a long time thinking I asked if she wanted to go see a film on sunday and she didnt straight away say no. She stared at me and said she's going to see it with her friend and she said sorry. I was a bit depressed the rest of the night and feeling worse then before i asked the question.
At the end i said sorry for what i did and she said you shouldn't worry about that.
Ive woken up depressed this morning and can't seem to get out of it. I really don't want to go to school on monday. what should i do?

I don't feel suicidal and please don't gimme that "there's plenty more fish in the sea" thing cos there doesnt seem to be a fish like her.
Thanks for reading.

I feel really depressed, on my period?

Aww! I hate periods and I know exactly how you feel! I'm 14 and my periods are really heavy.

I notice that the depression gets worse before some periods than others and it's usually the heavier ones where I get the most depressed.

My theories are that when your on your period, you know that you are limited to some of the things you can do when your not on it. Your comfort has been effected to. Admit it,it's not the most comfortable feeling ever! :P

Your hormones are out of wack when your a teen, there are so many things happening inside of you at this young age. Many girls have many different symptoms like cramps, headaches, back aches, breast tenderness, etc. Depression just happens to be a symptom which is totally normal.

The only thing I found helpful was to try not to do anything that was likely to stressful during the few days before a period but sometimes they creep up on me because they are not all that regular.

If you feel really really really bad depression wise, talk to a docter or somebody you trust. You could even just go up to your mom and tell her how you really feel. I am sure she will help you. :)

Hope I helped :)

Feeling really depressed after watching Titanic?

I saw it when I was a kid but never really thought much of it. I just watched it again last night for the first time in several years and now I feel so sad and depressed. The relationship between Jack & Rose was really beautiful.

Their unconditional love for each other, what they went through together, what happened to Jack at the end & not being able to live with each other, deeply touches my heart. Their chemistry was just so perfect. Even though they are fictional characters, it make's me wish to find true love like them lol. And also just the whole situation. The fear the people felt when it really happened must have been awful. I've already tried watching a funny movie. Didn't help. I can't get it out of my head.

This is one of the those beautiful movies that impacts me so much, I find myself so involve like I'm living in it (if that makes sense)

Did anyone else feel like this after watching it? How can I cheer myself up?
I feel silly cause I'm a 27 year old guy. >_<

I've been feeling really depressed lately, what can I do?

So I've been feeling really depressed lately! At work, at home , everywhere! I feel like everyone at work like complete different things to me like going clubbing , drinking etc , and because I am career focused I feel so left out :(

I'm also tired of not having friends to hang out with! Or just to chat to. I have one but he's always at work because he's full time! I'm not sure what to do with my life anymore! It doesn't help that I'm an introvert, so I generally let people talk to me first . I'm 20 years old and I don't have a close friend ! What do I do in this situation? It's making me feel depressed and stressed

Feeling really depressed after watching Titanic?

It is incredibly sad and hard to watch, but the very last scene always puts a smile on my face (after bawling during the last two-thirds of the film), the part when Rose goes back to the Titanic and everyone who died--including Jack--is waiting there for her. It makes me feel like all the people who died on that ship are in a better place; they were back on the ship of dreams and were all smiling as well. Just remember that because of the tragedy, ships are built a lot better today, and they take more precautions. Like Jack told Rose to live her life, I'm sure all the people who died don't want us to mourn. They never wish to be forgotten, but they want to let us know that they're okay and that we should move on.

There really is no real way to cheer you up. I've tried watching happy and funny movies, but Titanic somehow finds its way back into my head. Just give it time, it'll gradually pass. In the meantime, you should cherish your life and all the people you have in it. Praying usually helps me too; just let the victims know you care.
