Feels like I've been punched in the chest?

Go to the ER, now. You are having heart problems.

Why does it feel like someone punched me in the chest?

I've been having very small chest pains for about a week. They haven't been bad at all. I don't remember what it was that I would do but I think it was when I took a very, very deep breath, my chest would hurt slightly. Then today, my dog was laying on the bed with me and he isn't a little dog. He's not a BIG dog though. He's about medium sized. Anyway, I was playing around with him and I sort of, half picked him up and his head was pressed against my chest and then I laid down while I held him and my chest just REALLY started hurting. Its been hurting all day but it hurts WAY less then the first few minutes. Anyone know a reason that might be behind that?

It feels like someone is punching me in my stomach?

It comes and goes, and it really feels like someone is just punching me over and over again. The pain starts from the middle of my stomach and radiates up and out to the sides. It gets worse when I eat. The pain is only in my stomach, not in my chest or anything. When it happens it's like one flash of pain, then stops for a second, then another flash of pain, then stops for a second. Do you have ANY ideas what this could be? Please help me! Thanks to all in advance!

Chest Pain, feels like a punch?

If its chest pain its always best to go see a doctor just to make sure.

Better safe then sorry...

I was punched in the chest and I have bad asthma.?

So my brother punched me in the chest he can easily lift 200 pounds so he is very strong. I am not even half his size.
Like I said I have bad asthma about two weeks ago I had an asthma attack. The paramedics came and left they asked if I wanted to go to the hospital I said no because there is absolutely no way we can afford to pay for it. But my chest really hurts, it has swelled in that area, and is very red. I am definitely going to have a huge bruise. At first I had breathing troubles but so far I am fine not good but fine.
It hurts more when I lay down and I have a headache I wasn't concerned about it until I read about this woman dying from something similar a few days after it happened. So I am now obviously worried, my Mother is a nurse and she won't really listen to me at the moment and is asleep.
He has been arrested for domestic violence, I called the cops because I can't put up with his abuse anymore it has been about 7 years. That is why she won't listen to me at the moment. She also said she knew I was fine when I told her she didn't even ask if I was alright, which I am obviously not.
Do you think I will be fine that story really unsettled me.

Someone punched me in the back & hours later my upper back started hurting & my chest feels tight when I raise my right arm, making me unable to breathe. My left side of my lower back is also in a lot of pain. Any ideas on what this could be?

Your right upper back and left lower back are in pain. So it is a diagonal from left lower to right upper shoulder. You have not specified where you were punched: back of chest, back of abdomen or somewhere along the spine, scapula, shoulder, back of neck, where? I speculate that you were hit close to the spine and little lower than your right upper corner. That may be a rib fracture. I think rib number six or seven. Or it could be a dislocation of one rib from the spinal column. It could just be cartilage inflammation or costochondritis. Get yourself checked with x-rays.
