Is Goku stronger than Broly with Ultra Instinct?

If we’re talking about the Movies Broly, Base Goku in DBS shitstomps. If we’re talking about Tournament of Power UI Goku vs Dragon Ball Super Broly, I honestly believe this new Broly would destroy that UI Goku.Broly was stated in a Saikyo Jump magazine to be the strongest Goku and co. will face and has destructive power greater than a God of Destruction. This would imply two things…….Broly will be the strongest opponent Goku and Vegeta will have ever faced which would include Jiren. And likely stronger than Beerus if we assume Beerus is likely the only God of Destruction to be included in the movie. And we know that Beerus was likely surpassed by Goku as a Ultra Instinct -Omen- in 3rd Phase based off the Magazine prior to Episode 129 that states Beerus believes that 3rd Phase UI Omen Goku had surpassed him.And we know Goku gets FAR stronger than this with Mastered Ultra Instinct…Enraged from Jiren attempting to kill U7Battling Jiren (post UI) with 17 and Friezaand likely some training post ToP and a clash of Blues with Vegeta…All of this would likely imply that Goku has gotten massively more powerful from the time of UI Omen to the end of the Tournament of Power. This would also mean that Blue Goku is pretty damn powerful. So it is quite clear that Jiren and Goku are likely more powerful than all Gods of Destruction, and Broly is likely implied (based off that Magazine) to be even more powerful than that. And please do not bring up the argument that Beerus is more powerful because we haven’t seen Beerus use 100% of his power, because using that logic, that would mean that Whis is more powerful than the omni-king because we haven’t seen Whis go all out.Keep in mind that we’re talking about Tournament of Power Ultra Instinct Goku and not a hypothetical Ultra Instinct Goku from the Broly Movie.

Is it really possible to break someone's neck with your bare hands like they do in the movies, or is that Hollywood nonsense?

It can be done, but not like you see it done in the movies. I will briefly discuss the principles involved, but not the actual application.Warning: The act of intentionally breaking a person's neck, outside of extreme conditions of warfare, constitutes premeditated attempted (or actual) murder. Once a vertebra is broken, the damage is irreversible. If you find yourself in a life-or-death struggle where neck-break might be an option, Hadaka-Jime, (rear naked strangle) the lesser technique of blood strangle to unconsciousness, must be considered as a more acceptable option. When hadaka-jime is released, blood flow will usually resume and the opponent may be returned to consciousness.Neck- break is an extreme tactic. If you opt to attempt it, instead of using lesser techniques, you will surely face criminal charges. That said, here are the basic principles:Because of the amount of force required, the technique should emphasize use of torso muscles, augmenting the weaker muscles of the hands and arms.Because leverage against vertebrae is required, movement of the opponent's body must be minimized.Since the neck can flex in more than one direction, bending the neck alone will not be sufficient. Nor will twisting. It will be necessary to simultaneously both bend and twist.Twisting pressure can be enhanced by utilizing the chin as a lever.Instructors: This is not something that should be taught in open class! Know your student! Would you trust him/her with a loaded gun? Teaching lethal moves is arming the student for life!Students who ask to learn lethal techniques make me nervous….Like the others who have answered this question, I have not attempted to break a human neck. Years ago, however, I did experiment on the fresh carcass of a deer.Utilizing the principles listed above, I succeeded on my first attempt. Adherence to each of the four principles was essential for success.

Who would win a hypothetical fight between Vin Diesel and Dwayne Johnson (aka The Rock)?

The Rock’s wrestling moves are slightly above those of Hulk Hogan. Which is to say his personality made his career. He played Division One football. So he's super athletic. He can take some punishment, wrestling is hard.Vin Diesel was a buff nerd who made his way up as a Club Bouncer in New York City. So it's safe to say he has been in more than a few fights. Both men have had extensive combat training but it's been largely for stage combat. Diesel has probably had more real fights but far less staged fights. The Rock is bigger, with a wider reach and actual may skills. That's a big deal. He also has above average hand eye coordination and agility, the most important assets in pro wrestling.I suspect Vin Diesel is a better “"dirty fighter”. With a knife or improvised weapon, he wins. Its hard to say who would actually win. I never underestimate a solid professional bouncer. That combined with Dwayne’s physical advantages make this kind of a wash.Terrain would matter and since both are actors, motivation would be key. Who needs to win more?Actors are trained to make fights look good. Actors who do their own stunts like these guys are slightly ahead of the typically soft Hollywood types but neither has an actual history of real, lethal, combat.Im saying it's a tie without additional parameters laid out. The Rock is bigger and that matters but both guys have a history of dealing with physical opponents both bigger and smaller than themselves.Wheres the fight take place? Why does the fight take place? Are they trying to kill each other or going for a submission?
