How do I lose weight without my parents finding out?

Ok I had this problem two years ago too lol. Here are some tips of things I would do.
Chew your food at least 12 times(yes, every bite) that way it seems like your eating more than you are, since your mouth will be full
Drink COLD water, it speeds up your metabolism
Eat pepper, or other spices on you food, it also speeds you metabolism
When your in your room watching TV, do curl ups for the entire commercial break. Feel the burn!
In your room with the door shut, play some music and dance along! (unless your not into dancing, then just..uh..jump around to the music? Aha)
Take more trips/steps than nessecary. (ex. Go upstairs, realize you 'forgot' something downstairs, go down for it, then come back up)
Instead of a sandwich for lunch, eat half the calories and have one piece of toast w/ nutella on it! It's so yummy!
For dinner, eat ramen noodle soup(I like chicken flavor best) cuz it's mostly water so no cals!(mostly)
Laugh! It burns tons of cals haha
Instead of sitting on your bed and reading, go outside and read on a swing(cuz you'll be pumping your legs) plus you'll get some vitamin D
Don't eat dessert, or if you do, get the smallest piece of cake or brownie or whatever
For breakfast I eat a Quaker chocolate chip granola bar(they're good) which is only 90 calories

Can you lose weight weight using insulin injections?

NO - it won't help you lose weight (particularly daft bodybuilders sometimes use insulin injections to gain weight, but even for this it's unreliable).

More importantly, if a non-diabetic injects insulin this could send them into a coma and kill them. I guess you'd lose weight posthumously, but I doubt that's what you had in mind ;) For a non-diabetic to inject insulin can also mess up your body, and eventually make you diabetic.

So, just to reiterate, insulin injections would be an incredibly bad way of losing weight - if anything, they'll actually make you gain weight, and they could kill you. If you're not diabetic, don't inject insulin!

If someone's trying to sell you insulin as a weight loss aid, I'd suggest you stop them (e.g. report them to the authorities ) ASAP. If non-diabetics are persuaded to inject insulin (hoping for weight loss), there's a pretty good chance that someone will get killed.

kay well i'm almost 5"4 and i'm like 105. I have soo much belly fat and I want to lose it! I know I am underweight but its just because I have NO muscle just FAT! my parents won't let me lose any weight because they said "im too underweight" I don't know what to do! I'm going into a new school next year and I don't wanna look like a fattie. I don't even have a scale either so I can't keep track of my weight :((
