Fingers Shiver While Playing Carroms

Why is my hand shaking only while hitting in carrom board?

Only reason that I know is Fear and don't worry you are not alone.Carrom is a game which looks very casual and easy when you see from outside. It is one of the very difficult game when you get to it and need lot of planning, executing, patience and holding your nerves.Usually beginnners will have more shivering when they start playing with an interest and respect towards the game and it takes real time to overcome it. Mostly it's our mind. But it's not that easy to control the fear.Only way to overcome is through practice and meditation. There are no other substitute.I am playing for many years now and this is the factor which am still couldn't overcome most of the times. Since it is not my profession I couldn't spend much time for it to overcome. But carrom and any other sports is my passion, so I keep pursuing it.Please keep practicing, do meditation. Take a deep breath when you are shivering while pocketing. It will help a lot.Good luck and keep playing.-din

Nervous trouble during carrom board game?

It is most likely stress related anxiety. I have suffered with it for many years, but I talked to my doctor and she prescribed something that I take for it. I don't want to give out specific medical advise to someone I do not know, so I will suggest you talk to your doctor. The 'hand tremors' will give him/her a good idea. I have it in my jaw and hands. My doctor prescribed a particular type of medication in the "benzodiazepine" family which is safe to take regularly and has made a huge difference.

Again, I cannot stress enough that this may or may not be what you need. Consult your physician and they will know what to do. If it turns out that's all it is, it will be a relief to find out that you can take something to calm the shaking.

Hope that helps!

My mouse hand has recently started to shake while playing computer games; is this related to anxiety?

It's good that you booked an appointment with a doctor.  I'm always bewildered when people ask medical questions on Quora without seeking professional medical assistance. That said, it could be a number of things.  You could have fatigued flexers/extensors, shaking due to overuse.  You could have nutritional deficiencies that are weakening your physical and mental state.  You could be anxious.  You could have an overabundance of energy, and video games just aren't enough to diffuse it.  Or you could have a number of medical issues that I haven't considered, as I'm not a medical professional.Stretching your forearms might help.  Breaking from video games might help.  Getting a massage might help.  Changing your nutritional intake might help.  Most of all, seeing a doctor should help.
